My furniture has arrived 🎉 had a peep through the packaging looks a lovely 😊 Carnt wait to get it into place 🏡

They deserve no stars based on their response to the problem I experienced but I have given an average/poor score as up until then they had been excellent and also I think the product is quite good. The problem: I asked for a new vanity unit top to be cut to fit a specific basin. This is a standard service and was one of the main reasons I chose Harvey George. The hole was cut too small. They claim that they could not find the technical drawings for the basin but they should then have asked not just guessed. They said they would widen the hole but I would have to pay for the transport there and back which for a large solid surface top would have been close to what it was worth. They told me my plumber could do the job with a jig saw. He did but it's impossible to get the curve and the finish without the proper tools. So I now have a functional but hacked vanity unit. The people I spoke to were polite but unyielding - they told me that they would be happy to give my plumber a pep talk to get him to do it....but they knew all along he could never get a factory finish.

Found this to be a very difficult company to work with. Their design was presented which had very basic errors and as customer it appears i was expected to detect and highlight these problems, This i did and corrections were made. But ultimately when what is a quite basic piece of furniture was delivered and shown to be incorrect, errors from the designer changing one dimension then failing to modify a corresponding dimension (basic error) It was acknowledge to be incorrect and designer at fault and information would be sent to design to not repeat, but solution is to then rely on customer to modify and correct. Customer services, having initially failed to make promised contact, then only served to simply reinforce that they were not going to offer any kind of refund albeit that none had ever been sought. Ultimately the product is fine but not a good experience.

Absolutely love our vanity unit. After extensive research it was by far the best quality with a reasonable price tag. The service was perfect even though it was through the start of lockdown. Every staff member bent over backwards to help from purchase through to delivery. No delay and great customer service to help our decision making. Over the moon. Thank you!

Absolutely brilliant from start to finish, we ordered the new Edward double vanity unit, it is now in situ and looks even better than we thought possible. Really really high quality product and looks it too! Will definitely use this company again. Highly recommend!

The classy marketing and name is unfortunately not matched by the service or finished product. The manager told me "if you wanted better quality you should have gone to Tom Howley", I wish I had. Poor service, rude staff who ignored emails and a bill from another joiner to fix a badly made kitchen island when Harvey George refused to pay to remedy their mistakes. The fitter turned up with no plans and made a bespoke island ad hoc which unsurprisingly went wrong. Poor communication, emails ignored and then told that an uneven floor level in an Edwardian house was to blame for a too short plinth and other faults in the island. Altogether a stressful experience. Not what I expected and very disappointing.

Really disappointed with my purchase. The measurements weren’t as stated on the website and Mark has been unwilling to talk to me to offer any resolution.

This is my second purchase from Harvey George. Fabulous products and fabulous service. My go to company for bathroom furniture.
