Toqeer masud from Hannah Solicitors provided an excellent level of service throughout. The process was handled efficiently and professionally, with clear communication at every stage. Everything was completed promptly and in a completely stress-free manner. I am very satisfied with the service received and would confidently recommend Hannah Solicitors to others.

I worked with Naushad on an employment matter and couldn’t be happier. Very professional, and his expertise was evident in every conversation. Put my mind at ease. 5 stars +

I had an excellent experience working with Hannah Solicitors on my house purchase. The entire process was handled efficiently, professionally, and with great attention to detail. A special thanks to Mohammed Shafi, who went above & beyond — always available to answer questions, provide updates, and offer clear guidance throughout. His responsiveness and support made what can often be a stressful process feel smooth and straightforward. I’m truly grateful for the dedication and would highly recommend for conveyancing service.

We bought our first home with Shiv guiding us through the legal side, and he made what could have been a daunting process feel structured, smooth and surprisingly quick. Shiv kept the momentum going without ever making us feel rushed, explained everything in plain language and always had our best interests at heart. He combines efficiency with kindness, which is rare and very much appreciated. We are genuinely thankful for his support throughout such a big milestone in our lives.

I am very grateful to Ismail Rackman, for his professionalism, friendly approach and commitment to his clients and an excellent communication.
He kept all his promises, making selling my house a stressless experience for me. I wish we can deal with more professionals like Ismail.

Had such great service from Hannah Solicitors. Nothing was too much trouble and being a first time buyer, you hear all the horror stories on how difficult solicitors can be but we were put at ease with Asim and Chloe who worked so hard. Couldn’t recommend them enough!

Using Hannah Solicitors for my work matter proved to be an easy and smooth process in a time of uncertainty for me. I would like to thank the solicitor dealing with my matter, Naushad, for being friendly and professional throughout. As well as being prompt with replies and actions, knowing full well that the case was time critical.

Good service am too much happy thank you so much

Great Solicitors.
Really easy to deal with this company and will be using them again in the future.

Professional and speedy service, especially from Ismail, Wasim and Asim. They were diligent, dedicated and kept me up to date throughout which I really appreciated.

I have now used Hannah Solicitors for the second time. I would like to sincerely thank Shiv and Genie for their great effort, professionalism, and dedication throughout both the sale of my previous property and the purchase of my new home. The process was handled professionally and with great care from start to finish. I would not hesitate to recommend Hannah Solicitors to family and friends.

I had an outstanding experience working with Ammad from Hannah Solicitors. From start to finish, he demonstrated exceptional professionalism and truly took ownership of the entire process. What stood out the most was his efficiency—he made every step clear and manageable, ensuring there were no delays on the legal side.

Ammad also went above and beyond by guiding me not only throughout the purchase but even after completion, which was incredibly reassuring. This support was especially valuable because the selling agent was not very competent, yet Ammad stepped in to fill those gaps and kept everything on track.

I’m genuinely grateful for his dedication, clear communication, and proactive approach. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a solicitor who truly cares about their clients and delivers excellent service.

worked with Ammad and team on a property purchase. He provided excellent service - he gave clear actionable advice, went above and beyond to make sure we understood the process, his communication was always prompt, and he remained empathetic throughout (even when the process put strain on Ammad and the team to move rapidly). We really appreciated Ammad's support, and would highly recommend his services and the services of Hannah Solicitors. Thanks again, Ammad!

This firm is completely unprofessional and untrustworthy. I paid them £400 for property searches that they claimed would be ordered immediately weeks later, after hearing nothing, I was told that they still hadn’t even ordered them! When I decided to move to another firm (ironically, in the same building), they had the audacity to call me, act defensive, and complain about my decision instead of taking responsibility for their incompetence.

They promised to refund my £400 yet weeks later, I’m still waiting. This is completely unacceptable and unethical. Their communication is appalling, their staff are poorly trained, and their customer service is non-existent.

Save yourself the stress and frustration do not use this firm under any circumstances. There are plenty of other firms who actually do their jobs professionally and treat clients with respect.

I had a great experience with Hannah Solicitors, thanks to Naushad Ramji. He handled my employment matter with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency. Naushad was always polite, prompt, and very supportive. It genuinely felt like a weight had been lifted.

I would highly recommend Hannah Solicitors and Naushad in particular. Thank you again

I highly recommend using their service. I used Hannah Solicitor as my conveyancer; the process was swift and smooth.

I can't thank Naushad enough, very prompt with responses & really knowledgeable. The advice I received was great, with a realistic viewpoint.

It was like a weight had been lifted & a relief to get everything resolved in a professional, prompt manner, with a great explanation that made sense. I would definitely recommend Naushad.

Thanks again.

I recently used Hannah Solicitors for my property purchase and couldn’t be happier with the service. The entire process was quick, smooth, and clear from start to finish. We were kept updated regularly by Asim, and the professionalism shown throughout was excellent. Highly recommend Hannah Solicitors for anyone looking for a reliable and efficient conveyancing service.

I cannot recommend Khurshid Ali enough for the exceptional support he provided in securing our marriage visa. From start to finish, Khurshid was professional, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable, guiding my husband and me through every step of the process with clarity and confidence. He was always available to answer our questions, offering reassurance and practical advice. His expertise made a complex and stressful situation feel manageable, and his attention to detail ensured our application was thorough and well-prepared. Thanks to Khurshid’s dedication, our visa was approved remarkably quick, exceeding our expectations :)

A fantastic service from beginning to end. Hassan and Ismail did everything possible to ensure critical dates were met whilst constantly keeping me informed. Highly recommend.
