Handles only lasted a few years. Really poor quality and rubbish customer service

What a fabulous experience shopping with these guys. Absolutely delighted with service, product and price. Website quick/easy, defo the best pricing I found, design and quality are superb with all necessary fittings provided. Delivery (Royal Mail) was speedy with a sensible charge and packaging. I fitted in minutes and they look great. They even got the comms right - kept informed without overload. I'm difficult to please but first to praise - these guys are spot on.

Ordered two large trickle window vents but one got damaged en route. Alison in customer service quickly replied and sorted a replacement which arrived a couple of days later. The response and customer service to resolving this was exemplary and I have no hesitation in recommending them. Vents fitted and work very well.

Rather than bung it in the post and trust to luck, like some other companies, I was contacted and asked to provide full details. Despite my error, the handle arrived quickly. It is a good quality product and fits well.

Door handles on UPVC doors thirteen years old, all tired. Getting on a bit and unsure what to order. Claire and Becky just fantastic talked me through it very knowledgeable had time for me. Explained a new security lock for our patio door was available and ordered that model.
Due to age of handle one other replacement was out of stock, but It was ordered and the whole order was delivered in two days just fantastic service. Thank you so very much really appreciated.

A handle broke on one of my UPVC windows. Given that the handle is over 20 years old and the company who fitted the double glazing is no longer trading, this gave me great cause for concern. I had a problem with the delivery mostly royal mails fault but handlestole tracker wasn't working so I didn't know where my parcel was emailed 4 times no response. Great gear when u get it don't listen to 48 hr tracked and good look getting a response from this outfit quick enough to take your money though.Terrible at updating you

The springs on my upvc door had gone other companies was telling me I need new doors handles which would cost me £150 but I knew there was nothing wrong with the handles so I got 2 new springs and replaced the old ones and my door handles work perfectly thank you Handlestore…😊

I ordered a door handle, needed it very quickly, spent more than double the price on postage, and this door handle definitely does not fit Swedish doors. However, the website was in Swedish. When I will sent the door handle back, I was told that I had to send it to England at my own expense, which was more than the handle had cost. I was told that I could have checked the dimensions and that it is an English company, so it's my own fault. Sorry, but I couldn't see either of those things.

I was a bit nervous to order off this website for the first time but it’s was quick and easy. Handles came very quick within a week. Only thing I did not receive confirmation of the order being shipped out or a tracking number but everything came ok.
