I was amazed that, even after some time of owning the laptop that broke down, how easy it was to contact Company, how simple the pick up (and return) process was and amazing the outcome was. No fuss, no bother. A replacement laptop within days. Well worth taking out the insurance in the first place and a very easy and reassuring process overall.

I had my iPad repaired recently, it was a very quick and easy process and it came back like it was brand new, highly recommend.

When I informed by Greenbridge that my laptop was ready, it was to be delivered by Royal Mail to my address but it took 3 days to get to me which I was not very happy about it. The service of Royal Mail was rubbish in my eyes.

Greenbridge has been good with messages to update me about my laptop over the past two weeks . But my updates havent been specific with what the problems are ? Also no update with when my laptop will be returned ? I feel I need to phone up this week and check for update.

My iPad was collected via courier and was delivered back in 9 days (weekend not included) via Royal Mail tracked. I was given advice how to restart my iPad, after 3 days and 2 telephone call an arrangement was made to collect. I couldn’t believe iPad wouldn’t start so I decided to give another try, so I did it another way and it started, I was elated, so been using it for a week and all is ok. Thank you Greenbridge

Picked up from my door and from start to finish I was kept updated on what was happening and how long it would take , within a week it was repaired and back with me. I was sent a report by email to tell me what they did to my apple MacBook. Super pleased they was able to repair it. 5 star service.
