Greenbridge has been good with messages to update me about my laptop over the past two weeks . But my updates havent been specific with what the problems are ? Also no update with when my laptop will be returned ? I feel I need to phone up this week and check for update.

Everything was sorted promptly and at the time and date stated

My iPad was collected via courier and was delivered back in 9 days (weekend not included) via Royal Mail tracked. I was given advice how to restart my iPad, after 3 days and 2 telephone call an arrangement was made to collect. I couldn’t believe iPad wouldn’t start so I decided to give another try, so I did it another way and it started, I was elated, so been using it for a week and all is ok. Thank you Greenbridge

Picked up from my door and from start to finish I was kept updated on what was happening and how long it would take , within a week it was repaired and back with me. I was sent a report by email to tell me what they did to my apple MacBook. Super pleased they was able to repair it. 5 star service.

Very professional company, kept me informed of the process and I got to pick another pair of Apple headphones in the colour of my choice ad mine old ones could not be repaired.

Greenbridge is one of the best companies i have ever dealt with i was informed of every action taken by a very polite notice, the repair was excellent and very secure packaging for return to me i would recommend this company to anyone

Replaced laptop with a new one as the old one was repaired the 3rd time

Prompt pick up of my tablet and messages every two days to inform me of its progress, definitely cannot fault them for their excellent customer service well done to them .
Excellent delivery of my repaired item also , the only problem I had is I did not know how to switch it off as a few of the things have changed on it , but overall I am delighted with my item .

I’m not happy this time because you can my device is repaired and you sent me a replacement without me knowing you put a put a letter with the device saying we can’t repair your device and we sending you a replacement

The process was efficient, however the issue in which I claimed for was never resolved, the weakness in the screen is still there but I had a new battery so that is great too.

Excellent is all I can say they keep you updated on the progress of your repair. Quick collection and delivery never had a problem definitely 5 star service

Excellent service! I was updated throughout the process and when the item couldn’t be repaired a ‘like for like’ replacement was offered and arrived within a few days.
This is a lifesaver as the item belongs to a child with autism. I didn’t have to explain his needs or why he needed the a like for like replacement and that makes the whole experience 100 times better than other companies I have used.

Fantastic service. iPad was returned with a brand new screen and set up ready to go. The item was well packaged on return.

I put in a claim for my daughters iPad, after she caught the charging cable, and the iPad hit the solid floor, smashing the screen.

I followed some slightly circular instructions from Amazon (from whom I’d bought the iPad / warranty), and required the use of the chatbot/ a possible human to help, but once in the hands of Greenbridge, it was a piece of cake.

First off, I was surprised that a replacement iPad screen for the standard iPad was even a viable option.

Second, a nice quick turnaround. Collected from my doorstep for repair on the Wednesday, returned back to me the following Tuesday.

Third, and most important, the screen is like new, both functionally and aesthetically. The slight damage to the casing is still visible, but is of no consequence.

Great job, fast response, saved some ££&&. What’s not love?

5 stars from me - I’d knock off a star if the Amazon claims initiation was also part of the greenbridge experience, as that was the only clunky bit.

This is a very professional company with a fantastic ticketing system. They keep you up to date on the progress and I can login to monitor the status of my device repair which I really liked and they responded within minutes to my questions.
