Absolutely Outstanding Service – True Angels on a Friday Night!

Last Friday after school, my car notified me that I had a flat tyre. I managed to pump it back up at a petrol station, but it went flat again almost immediately. Thankfully, I was driving on a run-flat and was able to make it to Greenacre Auto Centre — even though it was already past 17:30 and they were just about to close.

Instead of turning me away, all three mechanics stayed behind and immediately sprang into action. They didn’t just look at the tyre — they went above and beyond to help me. They didn’t have my tyre in stock, but they called Costco and several local garages until they found one that fit my car. Then, they personally drove to pick it up, brought it back, and fitted it — all after hours.

I left two hours later, with a brand new premium run-flat tyre, my car safe to drive, and complete peace of mind. At no point did they make me feel guilty for keeping them past closing — quite the opposite. They were friendly, offered me coffee, showed me to the rest room, and made me feel comfortable during what had been a very stressful experience.

Being far away from home (I live in Hampshire), alone, and facing a Friday evening with no transport and no easy way to get help, this could have been a nightmare. Instead, thanks to these three incredible people, I was able to get home safely without worrying about fitting a tyre over the weekend.

What’s more, they didn’t charge me anything beyond the cost of the tyre and a very small fee for their time — despite the after-hours effort. They even pumped and checked all four tyres, making sure everything was safe and balanced before sending me on my way.

Merci mille fois! I am so grateful and blessed to have found them when I did. You truly went above and beyond, and I can’t thank you enough. You turned a stressful, scary situation into a moment of kindness and care.

Dont trust these ratings all fake i went in the garage told him about my car he said bring car so bring the car to him he said it will cost 120£ just for checking i said its imobilizer fault he said i will check after 2 3 days he call me ask me what did you do to car tell me the whole story he is so greedy he just think about money when i gave him car not listening when i am saying its imobilizer issue so at the end he asked 200£ just for checking which he said earlier 120£ which i agree on but he said i spent 6 hour why you spent 6 hour if you cant fix it if i already told you the problem please people domt go there he is so greedy guy he agree on 150£ at the end but when was paying by card he said i will charge you VAT look how greedy he is at the end he charge me 180£

Excellent service, this is the second car I've taken for inspection and full service. Fitted quality parts as I requested, excellent service and punctual. I highly recommend them.

Excellent service. My left tyre pressure was low and Floyd couldn't be more helpful, he checked all four tyres and gave the car a spin to check them. He also showed me how to re set on the screen. Thank you for your help Floyd

Best Garage Service I ever had
I took my car along for a service and MOT and have been amazed at the high standard I received. The whole experience from initial call to book the work to the final pick up of the car was utterly professional and actually fun (not a word you associate with garages). The staff are really friendly and theres none of that patronising attitude you get from some places. They even washed the cat as part of the service. I'm not going anywhere else again.

Excellent 5✴️service from Floyd and his team. Found this garage tucked away by accident, but what a happy accident! Our car wasn't running properly and a previous garage had carried out some shoddy work it turned out. Floyd fixed the problems, dealt with the repair insurance company who paid for part of the work and got our car back to us as good as new. Floyd is an excellent customer facing person, he's friendly, patient when explaining problems and provides great customer service. Will not be using anyone else from now on! He even gave us a lift to the train station so we could get to a hospital appointment after we dropped off the car 👍👍

The luckiest breakdown I ever had! They were so friendly, Floyd was so helpful! The greatest team and such a nice atmosphere. The replaced my clutch in record time and really helped out a stranger. Nothing is too much for this team!
