I received my clothes in the time they said I would purchasing was simple quality was what I expected from the price no stains holes or anything I was satisfied I brought five dresses my first order each one was awesome I'm not from the company I only used site once wish they had more clothes like on modlily.com I hear they a scam but I love the clothes but great glam was nice my name gotta hustle hard on Facebook latrice

I used to love Great Glam. I received my orders very quickly. Returning items was easy. I will say you get what you pay for though. The items are cheap for a reason and hardly ever fit as they say. However, I still liked ordering. Then this year, 2 things happened. First of all, I can't check out. When I press continue, it just sends me to Google. I contacted them months ago about it, they still haven't fixed. And the second thing, Paypal accidently disputed a charge on my Great Glam order. I told them I didn't want to do that because I've always had great service and no problems. They said ok. Now Great Glam is refusing to let me order because of it. I told them I didn't do it, I offered to show them the email correspondence and even see if Paypal would contact them for me. The fact that I have been a loyal customer since 2011 apparently means nothing though. They don't believe me and I keep getting bounced around between customer reps and the problem is still not fixed. They have just lost a regular customer. I will shop somewhere that actually values a loyal customer.

Like I already told the company when I contacted them regarding this misunderstanding, I did NOT initiate a chargeback. Paypal mistakenly did it. I even have the e-mail correspondence confirming this is true directly from Paypal. I never received money from Great Glam from this mistaken chargeback as Paypal reversed it right away. If I had to I could have provided records showing this. And yes, obviously I did have good service with the company WHEN THERE WASN'T A PROBLEM. As soon as there was a problem, it was like I was chopped liver. But again, I've already taken my business elsewhere and just want to warn other people before they get treated so rudely.

Just receive my package in the mail a week late. Customer service was so poor and when I finally receive my dress it had ah big hole at the back . will never ever order anything again from there.

They look cute but you get what you pay for. Actually you get SIGNIFICANTLY LESS than what you pay for. I bought a dress from them recently, wore it for 5 minutes, and it COMPETENT STAINED my whole purse red! I contacted customer service and they just offered tor give me store credit so I could replace THE DRESS. Not to help replace my expensive purse or help make up for the situation. No they said here buy another one of those dresses on us so it can ruin more of your things. NEVER EVER EVER EVER EVER EVER SHOP HERE!

I have been shopping from Great Glam since 2010 or so, for 5 yrs i have no problem with their products. I love the clothes, very good design, colors affordable, I looked like a celebrity on my brothers graduation for only $25. I would recommend this company i have got so many compliments on my dresses. Only thing i would say is that the dresses are shorter and if u hv big butt like me, it might even make the dress too short. I usually order the conservative collections they have and I have never returned stuff because i loved everything i got from there.

I have been waiting for over a month now going on two months to receive my refund. I have called a few times, and all they tell me is that is being processed. Never again will I shop online from Great Glam.

Ordered on the 25th of March package came in the 30th. I ordered two dresses they were both true to size and matched the picture. Package came in looking like it got hit by a car and there was no thank you card inside... But the product was secure, I would order again.

I have read some of the negative comments about great glam, but I have to disagree. I have ordered several items from great glam and I absolutely love them. Their sizes are true to fit and you get your items on time as promised. I have recommended this site to several people and they love it too. I never had to contact customer service so I can't say if they are good or bad. But I do know I love the clothes, my fiancee love to see me in them so we're both happy!

My most recent order never came, and I never got a response from the email. As another customer stated that great glam is beginning to take advantage of their customers. This has never happened to me before. But seeing that it's happened to other customers, it's not the first time they have done it. I'm disappointed because I really like the clothes, but if this keeps happening then I will not be able to shop with them anymore.

I placed a order on Friday and it's Tuesday and I have not received a tracking number and I called and couldn't get to speak to a live person. I don't think am going to be ordering from there again! !!!!!

This is a horrible company. They send out damaged items, have a horrible return policy, and bad customer service.

I ordered two dresses and had to return one. Their website says easy returns, just pay the $7.99 shipping. Well when I ordered the items they had a Free Shipping Promotion going on but apparently when I returned one of the dresses they charged me $5.99 for shipping because I returned part of my order. They DO NOT stay true to their promotions which is absolutely ridiculous. How do you offer free shipping then charge someone for it when they return part of their order?? So, basically, I was charged the $7.99 shipping to return it AND an EXTRA $5.99 because I returned something that was part of a free shipping promotion when I bought it. How does this make sense?? I emailed them and they said I did not understand the "Terms and Conditions" (which are NOWHERE on the website, mind you) AND even these so-called "Terms and Conditions" (that the lady typed in the email to me (no link or anything)) said that you will be charged the $5.99 if you return your entire order, which I did not do. Regardless, it is completely unreal and absurd to charge someone (upon return of a product) for the shipping that they did not have to pay at the time of purchase because you were running a FREE SHIPPING PROMOTION. I have never ever ever had this issue with any other online retailer and cannot even fathom how they can get away with such insane policies. Needless to say, I will NEVER purchase from GreatGlam again! Cheap (not liked pictured at all) clothes, crappy and rude customer service and ridiculous policies (which you will not find on the site apparently).

I order my products and my shipping address was at a hotel and they refuse to ship my product. After i order the one product three times.they sent me an email asking about address what does it matter its a address it was sent there before. You should be able to get mail anywhere once you gave an address.now i have to mail my stuff to a friend house but went back online to buy my dress and its sold out because they cancel my product then notify me. Very slack service. I am a regular customer but never again.i had my outfit in mind to wear at my events.highly upset.

Great Glam is really good for unique clothes you won't find anywhere else. I ordered my dress on the 28th of August, and received it exactly a week later.

Their dresses are not luxury in quality - think Forever 21-ish in terms of quality...but that is to be expected with a $20 dress. All will be fine with a gentle wash and hang dry. It also seems like most of their stuff is very stretchy, which is good. I ordered a medium but I could have gone with a small and been fine. I'm 5'7" 34/25/38. I will order from them again!

This site is awesome. I always find dresses that make me look fabulous for a very low cost. Thank you Great Glam for making me look fabulous for the last 8 years....

Really impressed with this site. Have been buying clothes as well as shoes for nearly 12 months now and everything has been great the quality and sizing and styles are perfect cant complain about anything really. I do most of my clothes shopping from this site as most of the styles are unique as i like to wear different clothing to whats around in the shops. I would and do recommend this site to my friends

old faithful 4 all my club needs love this site buuuuut it seems like every time i order something lately its defective... mostly has a hole in it and i end up having to take it 2 the cleaners to get it repaired sometimes its not worth it brought a $30 dress and spent $20 gettin it fixed at the cleaners cant return it because they run out of stuff so fast its ridiculous... but all and all its still my go to i need a club dress spot

I order a dress from greatglam for Vegas and I loved it and so did everyone. I order from greatglam atleast twice a month. I just hate the package that I receive my clothes

I think I might have 100 great glam dresses by now.
Great quality & fit for my body type.
Delivery always fast especially when I live in Ireland.
