I have order a Jacket a month ago. I haven't received it.

This is a SCAM company with a big presence on Facebook. The goods you order from them will not arrive, and they will play dumb when you ask for a refund. DO NOT ORDER!

It’s a scam. Pictures look nothing like the clothes that arrive. “Suede” is actually denim. Etc. Don’t even hope for a refund.

I had to cancel an order for a learher jacket. I received a very professionali assistance and the refound was credited to me in less than a week. I have a positive feedback for my own case.

Gentglam is not the place to buy clothes. It took a month to arrive. They sent the wrong product in the wrong size and it's basically cheap crap. I'm emailing the returns department to be told to give the item to a friend and accept 20 % discount off my next order and can't seem to get a returns address from them?? DONT BE SCAMMED LIKE I WAS

When I Use To Shop At This Site All My Dresses Were Just Right I Never Had A Problem zmy Sister A Model She Even Liked To Wear The Dresses And She Is Higher Class The I. I just Wish I Could Find The Site Again or New The New Name Of It

Do NOT order from the company. They take your money and then email you a fake tracking number. Then when you reach out to them, they send an automatic email saying they are behind with the vendors as in back ordered. It’s all fake and a SCAM.

I’ve order August 31st it’s been literally two weeks I haven’t received anything I’m going to file a dispute they are a scam don’t do it.

I ordered from ShowRoom Glam over 5 months ago ! I’ve only received 3 items out a total of 7 . I have emailed countless of times . I still have not received the rest of my items . Bad customer service

This company is a scam. Placed order and never received them. Only emails with bunch of backlogged excuses 🙄

I purchased 3 items on March 25, and still have not received it. They keep giving me the run around but the back order. My order been saying processing for almost a month. This company is a scam. Don’t order from them. I asked for refund and they been ignoring me. They been scamming a lot of customers

I ordered from show room glam in October I emailed no reply after o made a stop payment on one of my payments and email them about it that’s when I received a email about a hour after explaining shipping issues I requested a refund a week passed I sent two emails by then still no reply until I said I’ll stop the payment again by evening I had a email same shipment excuse I requested another refund a imitation of one of the item showed up again I emailed saying I’m returning the trash and since I still have outstanding items I want a refund no reply not until I made a report to BBB and emailed them I got a no return reply but how can you send me a no return on items I never received??

The clothes are cheap, not how they look online.!
They refused to just refund my money after 3 months of never shipping the item.! If you don’t have items in stock, you should say “back ordered” or “out of stock”.!!

I placed my order in July, it was a summer item.... I literally just got it, so have NO USE for it now in Oct.... So they basically STOLE 60 from me.!!

They take your money & send you TRASH months later...!

Also made a complaint with the BBB.!!

TERRIBLE!!!! I returned my items to them and they claimed to never receive them!!! Lost $130 and the items!!

After seeing a charge on my credit card I did not authorize from this company I immediately contacted them by email since they dont have a listed number online. My first contact to customer service was to cancel order immediately which they did not instead they continued to frauduently process payment to my card and stopped responding to my emails

This company it’s Not great I brought 3 dresses I received one I never got the Oder 2 Please send my money back .

I purchase 4 items, received 3. The most important one I didn’t receive was a yellow bandage dress. I contacted them numerous times right away because it was for my birthday so I need to know what was going on especially because the order was placed 2 1/2 week in advance. No one in the company cared that I didn’t receive the yellow bandage dress. No response. We are supporting these small business owners and they care zero if we did not receive the item. It’s all about the money, will never buy or support them again.
Terrible experience.

If I can give them no stars I would. Please do not buy from them. They stole $150 from me. Oder some things and never received them. It’s ok though because me and a few otheR people that were scammed out of their money are suing this disgusting ass company.
