We are very pleased with our new back doors from Grabex. The quality of the product is excellent and competitively priced. Throughout the entire process, the service has been polite, courteous, and professional. When we encountered a small issue — which was not their fault — Grabex responded immediately and resolved it without any hassle. I have no hesitation in recommending this company.

I have been a returning customer with Grabex for the last eight years I now have three metal doors opening onto my garden . I recently had an issue with my new door . To cut a long story short a mistake was made with the name of the product, it wasn’t what I had ordered and Grabex acknowledged it and organised a replacement . The care they took to replace the door and repaired snagging was absolutely excellent. Richard and Phill ( accompanied by the manager Mariuz) were totally professional. They also removed and replaced rendering and worked extra hard to match successfully the existing colour. This is my 3rd door and they are great . Beautiful and solid . All in all I thoroughly recommend the company, their friendly and dedicated team and if a problem arises they will go the extra mile to satisfy their customers. A well deserved five star rating . Patryck and John from Grabex fitted our windows over the last two days and we couldn’t be happier with the service. They were extremely hardworking, arrived exactly when they said they would, and nothing was ever too much trouble for them. Both were polite, friendly, and cleared up as they went along, which we really appreciated.

As we was working from home, Patrick and John were very accommodating and completed the windows in the order we had requested so that we could continue working in certain rooms without too much disruption. That made a huge difference for us.

Patrick’s finish is absolutely amazing. My husband is very particular when it comes to workmanship, and even he was genuinely impressed with the quality and attention to detail.

We are also so pleased with Iwona, who quoted for the windows and spent a lot of time going back and forth with us to get everything just right. Nothing ever felt rushed and she was incredibly patient and helpful throughout the process.

Matt, who arranged everything for us, has been fantastic from start to finish. From organising our showroom visit to guiding us through the options available he made the whole process feel straightforward and stress-free. He kept us regularly updated on timescales, let us know as soon as the windows arrived, arranged the installation promptly, and checked in afterwards to make sure we were completely happy. His communication throughout was excellent and we always felt well looked after.

We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Grabex. Matt, Patrick, John and Iwona have all been amazing and we’re so pleased we chose them.

From our first showroom visit to installation, the service was outstanding. Iwona was knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy, and nothing was too much trouble when we made changes to our quote.

Matt kept us fully updated throughout, arranged the survey promptly, and worked hard to secure installation dates that suited our family schedule. He also checked in with us on both installation days to make sure everything was going smoothly and was extremely helpful throughout the whole process. Lukasz the surveyor was polite and very knowledgeable.

Nine windows were installed over two days by Patryck and John, who were punctual, tidy, and extremely professional. The quality of the windows and the finish is superb — and I’m very particular about detail! We are now looking forward to getting our front door installed and bi-folds later in the year.

A smooth, well-managed process from start to finish. Double glazing can sometimes get a bad reputation, but certainly not Grabex. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

The windows are great quality and the fitters on the day did an amazing job. They worked in some tight spaces with old walls and left everything clean and tidy afterwards.

My experience with Grabex has been outstanding . I could not fault them from start to finish . Professional, friendly team that installed our new, amazing aluminium windows on time and with attention to details. Grabex Windows is a company I will definitely return to while continuing our period house renovations. I also liked the fact that we were advised not only what kind of windows we needed to keep in character with our original 1930's style, but also what works needed to be carried out to make sure the house will be optimised for the changes. Greg was our initial contact and was very helpful through the design phase, which included a tour round the factory. Lukas was proactive and clear on the survey, Richard and Phil did a great job fitting the whole unit, and Matt in customer service coordinated everything well.

Must also give a big shout out to Hugh Wootton of Specialist Glass Company in Sidcup who created our three beautiful stained glass panels. Hugh was recommended by Grabex and works regularly with them.

This was a good experience - our sale consultant Marta Bouziane was very helpful and patient with us - the process was long as we have had to make a few changes due to unexpected design challenges. The installation was timely and professional.

I had double glazing windows installed in my period property apartment several years ago. I had a great experience from start to finish - quality materials, like for like design for period properly, and professionnel fitting. What made Grabex stand out is their customer service. I had an issue opening a window that had been closed for a while. Grabex were responsive in arranging a visit, didn't charge to fix the issue and provided a helpful tip on maintenance long term.

I had 4 windows and a door installed, replacing existing old windows with bad insulation.Grabex were professional throughout. I highly recommend.

Grabex dealt the windows order with by builders as btb deal. Property owners paid the builders for the windows. After works are finished, Grabex required the property owners to pay £150 + VAT to have the account under their name and said windows were provided without warranty whilst builders sold to the property owner a 10 years warranty. Property owners BE CAUTIOUS about this mechanism which will screw you up.

I had windows and doors change in my home . I'm very please for work you have done. Igor and Dorian were extremely helpful , professional and hard working people, very positive and cherfool . They work longer to get job done with one short break through whole day.
Menager Mariusz told us how to protect windows and doors. Hi provide us with silicon spray for locks and seals.

We had some really lovely bifold doors made and fitted by Grabex about eight years ago. They were not the cheapest but we love them and have been very happy with them. A few days ago, we started having trouble with the lock. I checked my paperwork and we had a 10-year guarantee. I got in touch with them, and they couldn't have been more helpful. A day or two later, their chap Richard turned up and fixed the doors (no charge). Really impressed.

From the initial enquiry through to the installation the service and attention to detail from GRABEX has been everything we could have hoped for. As for the windows and additional work? amazing value for money and such a worthwhile investment. Thank You!

We contacted Krystian at Grabex Windows to gather information, to replace our kitchen windows and bedroom windows on same floor.
He was excellent to deal with and very professional, as was Lucasz the Surveyor, and Matt (in office).
