My husband John and myself have recently completed on a sale of a bungalow in Eaglescliffe. Gowland White were the agents for the sale. I did get touted by many companies asking me to sell through them but I have heard of dubious contract once you sign with them. I stuck with local agents who branches in the area rather then a letter through the post.

Their staff keep you up to date and discuss all details clearly. They are very helpful and will help to push solicitors on if things seem to be dragging. Costs are reasonable also in comparison to others. Would highly recommend.

They have an outstanding customer service, they answer any questions you may have. We had a complete nightmare with our solicitors. When I couldn’t get any answers from them, Gowland White manage to go over and beyond to finds us answer.
