Easy to speak to someone, no hassle.
Planned ahead and got a reference number after speaking to someone to get the right job description. A few weeks later I made a call and purchased my insurance. Really easy to speak to someone and no cold calling after my first quote which was great. Unlike some other sites I tried getting quotes from, then I was called every few days from them ...very annoying.
