Fab. Last year 2025, GOS fitted a new boiler and the technician did an incredible job of putting back as new all the boxing-in and neat placement of the pipe work and external filter. Just had its first year service in February, no issues. Note: our old boiler was well-passed its effective date, GOS serviced it and kept it running, as we couldn't commit to a new one due for a while due to other expenses, and GOS never hassled us.

Chris has been to Penwortham today and he has been 3 times before for 4 separate jobs on the house. Fantastic service. Customer Service Excellent. 10 out of 10.

We had used GOS for many years in fact they installed a new boiler 18 months ago. Great value and work, very thorough - recommended them to 100's of people. BUT enquired about a service contract on heating based upon their online price of £18per month. Then they upped it to £24pm on a warrantied boiler! I declined . Before that sadly I recommended GOS to my son for service but that revealed a new flue required. Engineer said it would be in the region of £200 for the flue. Agreed for them to proceed. Bill came to £330 for flue and £80 for service, up £20 on last year.
Very disappointed with the recent price hikes. Will not be recommending GOS again - have we seen a change in management?

Tony the gas engineer is fabulous. He is so knowledgeable and friendly and couldn’t be more helpful. All the girls answering the phone are lovely too. Always feel in safe hands with Gos services. Would never go anywhere else.

Gasman spent most of the time in the garage, or sat with his feet up in the van, making phonecalls to his girlfriend, Erin (yeah, I saw your phone going off repeatedly). He decided our flue was too close to the wall and that we need to cut a hole in the roof, rather than fixing the issue of a worn out seal, for which we called him around. Threw him out, after an hour and a half, at the cost of a few hundred quid for doing nothing. Wasted time just to find expensive non-issues that his mates could fix. Called British Gas the next day and they fixed the seal in half an hour, without any hassle. Pathetic company. Avoid!

GOS Heating though known as a company for Heating solutions they are a great organisation to be used for any roofing work. They have an Excellent Team comprising Kerry the Manager, Lee, Eathan and Sandijs carrying out roof repairs. They did an excellent job of installing a new roof at my residence. I am happy and impressed at the quality of work they have done. I needed a new roof and struggled to find a reliable company for the last 5 years until I found GOS Heating Limited. I have always dealt with Nikki who is the coordinator and she is great to work with. She ensures that the work done goes on smoothly without interruption. I will always reccomend GOS Heating Limited without any reservation for any heating or roofing work. The company provides more than what you have requested. I wish GOS Heating well.

GOS sent a plumber to my daughters house to fix a water leak on the pipe feeding the boiler after looking at the leaking pipe he said it was a big job and would take a full days work and would get GOS to work out a quote .2 days later i got anoother plumber to do the job he did inside an hour .A few days later i got a phone call saying it cost a few hundred pounds to do the work i said ihad already had the leak fixed GOS said i still needed to pay the bill of 186 pounds i find this a total rip off the only work done was to blank off the washing machine water feed

GOS came to fit a new boiler for an elderly relative. From the outset the lads that came to the house were polite, friendly and considerate. After the boiler was fitted there was no mess to clean inside nor out. I would rate this company highly and recommend them for competitive price and work ethos.

I can always rely on GOS heating to provide a punctual , professional and friendly service . I recently had my boiler serviced by Tony who arrived on the time , listened to my concerns and answered my queries and explained to me the work he was undertaking . He even had time to look at my bathroom and talk through some possible solutions for updating it . I will definitely continue to use GOS heating and will be contacting them when I replace my bathroom ! Very impressed.

We've used GOS for a number of years and we are more than happy with their service, from contacting them to call out to job completion. I can't recommend and rate them highly enough.

The engineer was prompt and completed the boiler service to a high standard. He also serviced the gas hob at no extra charge. He returned to check the electrics when I thought there might be an issue. GOS are always reliable and charge fair prices.

Did my father-in-law bathroom on Whitby avenue Preston about 4 months ago,very respectful when replacing bathroom, very professional service,always kept in the loop with me because father in law has dementia, always left the site tidy, I cannot fault the lads, company one bit, I would recommend them 100%, sorry I missed the lads when they had finish the job and left the job, but a massive thank you to everyone involved Ian

Lovely response when calling to ask for a Gas Safety check. Very helpful and able to accommodate my urgent need within 48 hours.
Chap arrived very punctually and set about checking all he needed and did a complete thorough service on the Gas Fire too. The certificate followed the day after by email. I am very pleased with all aspects of this service from GOS Heating. Thank you.
