I recently got served at the checkout by a very pleasant young lady named Ella who went above and beyond to help me with my purchase. So many youngsters are given a terrible name these days for being lazy and rude so it was a delight to see the total opposite. Well done and keep it up.

I don’t visit Go Outdoors very often as I find that the products I buy are made to last.
Today I went in looking for a pair of walking shoes in the Swansea store as I am going to be walking a lot in NYC in a couple of weeks, so was looking for a sturdy, comfortable & stylish shoe. I was met by Tim and explained what was looking for, he was so very helpful without be pushy, nothing was to much trouble and he went out of his way to discuss the products and was only to happy to visit the stockroom to check sizes.
I left the store a very happy customer and grateful for all the help from Tim.

Helpful staff and able to browse and try at leisure. Teagan was personable

A great experience and a well laid out store. I was able to find what I needed on the clothing department. Lovely staff members asking if I needed help, I believe their names were Sara and Lisa.

Absolute joke , after ordering 2 fishing rods from the Swansea store on the 10th November and being advised they will be delivered in 5 working days I waited patiently, as no email or contact I decided to call the Swansea store only to be told “ we cannot tell you why , but your order has been cancelled on the 10th November “ but uncanny the money it cost me was still taken from my account on the 11th November. The Swansea store with no explanation advised me to contact customer services which I did and spoke to Denisa who was great but still stated the Swansea store should have sorted this out.
The reason for this negative post is that it’s my son’s birthday on the 15th November and these were supposed to be for this celebration, only for me now to tell him he’s not going to be getting them.
An absolute disgrace!!!

Tim, who helped us today while we were looking to buy walking boots was extremely helpful and friendly, excellent service.

Tim on the boots dept was so patient.
He went back and fore to the storeroom for us and even looked online for sizes.

Bought a pair of Scarpa Terra Walking boots today ,Tim was really helpful regarding the size and product.was really pleased with them.

I was served by Lucy today, what a lovely, helpful young lady. Very knowledgeable and assisted me with all my needs!

I love this shop. Particularly Swansea. The staff are brilliant.

However, I bought a display tent. I was told they would contact me when it was dropped, and I could pick it up. After 2 weeks I had made 4 separate phonecalls.

My issue was that I had bought the tent in the condition it was in on 10/10. By 24/10 this could have been damaged and that didn't seem fair.

Staff always go out of their way to give you a great experience, but the communication on this occasion could have been far better.

Wow both Tim and Mark were absolutely excellent and certainly knew their stuff, ive been looking for decent walking boots for ever, ordering on line is just not the same and always end up sending them back! You cant beat personal service and they were both fantastic, I am one very happy customer and will certainly be going back there, thanks Tim and Mark for all your advice and help absolutely outstanding, they need a pay rise!! Xxx

We bought Flogas cylinder from Go Outdoors Swansea, and we were helped by Max. He was very knowledgeable, advised us on different options available, comparable costs and helped us to choose the option that worked best for us. He even helped us to try the connection to our pizza oven to ensure that our chosen cylinder works. We wanted to thank Max for all his help and advice
