Super Sara
Had an issue today as all systems said my card had expired but I was 100% sure I had renewed it. Sara who I guess was some sort of supervisor came down, and was very calm and helpful and from working out the date I renewed it, and the items I bought that day, she was able to track back and find that card was paid for, but not linked to my card already in system, hence the issue. Thanks Sara for your help and patience in resolving the at GO Outdoors Swansea branch

2 lovely members of staff with excellent customer service.
I have been served by the same members of staff twice in the last week. Both times Max was so helpful and very knowledgeable. Nothing was too much trouble for him. Excellent customer service !!! I have also been served by Nicola on the till both times. Again she was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and made a fuss off our 2 staffy pups :)
