We went to this store to our hade and electric bike. When we arrived the bike tech had already finished for the day meaning we wouldn't be able to take the bike home that day. Matt was brilliant at helping us to make a decision on a bike. He was very patient as we struggled to chose which bike to buy. Matt went above and beyond to call the Bristol store and get a bike check done on the same bike we wanted to buy. We drove to the Bristol store, as it was on our way home, and low and behold the bike had been checked over and was ready to collect. Thank you to Matt and the team for their amazing customer service

We were searching for good quality hiking boots and were served by a young man called George. George was extremely knowledgeable about which boots were suitable for hiking, rambling and climbing etc. and as an experienced hiker himself, was able to recommend and suggest boot makes for all budgets. He went above and beyond to give us the best service, was extremely helpful and polite and we were able to leave feeling happy about our shopping experience. We wish him all the best with his career ahead.

George gave brilliant assistance whilst purchasing shoes and jackets. Well worth 11 out of 10!

Great selection and variety of outdoors equipment - picket up some climbing clobber and a rain jacket. George was incredibly helpful and patient with me!

Today we visited the Gloucester branch and had outstanding customer service from George in the footwear department whilst trying on our kids shoes he offered to measure and find the right size pleasant and polite and even upsold us a pair of shoes.
It gets better Alex on the till had a fantastic customer service attitude focused and built rapport

Loads of choice in the store and well laid out so it was easy to see where everything was.

I was served by a lady, I believe her name was Frankie. She assisted me with my fishing enquiries, for someone who said they did not have a lot of knowledge about the specifics she did a great job picking a starter kit out for my grandson, even managed to save me some extra money as there is loads on sale.

After getting soaking wet! while out and about my coat and trainers hat were all soaking, so desired to buy better outdoor clothing looked on the web as you do, but decided to visit Go outdoor, the store was full of every kind of garments the sales were irresistible I approached a young lady called Kadi who was serving a customer at the time. She was with me in minutes. After listening to my needs, she took me on a tour of the products available she was very professional friendly and helpful with what I wanted, she went off to service other customers answering questions while I decided my choice she was all over the store but always back to me within minutes. I purchased a coat for the winter weather rain proof/wind, and with her help choose some great walking winter boots, and even a pair of hill boots I would like to give this review because of her very personal and kind helpful service Well done Kadi……… five star……..
