Signed up for a replacement voucher on my card, to get the discounts. Making it much cheaper to get the items I needed.

The staff were really helpful. Signed up for the club card, which gained us more savings on our purchases. The only issue was the children running riot. As a retail manager, I would have had a polite word with the parents to try to control the running children

Went to get some new walking boots, and needed a bit of advice. Freddie was very knowledgeable and offered good advice without being pushy. Would definitely recommend visiting if you're in need of some new boots.

Kia provided exceptional assistance in locating the appropriate product I was seeking, and also informed me about their current offers. The customer service was outstanding, and I would wholeheartedly endorse their services.

I returned an online purchase to store and whilst there was mixed opinions as to whether the store would allow me to do this, Kia ( the lady on the til) was extremely helpful and put herself out to facilitate my return. Many thanks

Great experience. Staff were excellent and knowledgable. Kia and Ryan went out of their way to sort me out with the kit I wanted.

We went to this store to our hade and electric bike. When we arrived the bike tech had already finished for the day meaning we wouldn't be able to take the bike home that day. Matt was brilliant at helping us to make a decision on a bike. He was very patient as we struggled to chose which bike to buy. Matt went above and beyond to call the Bristol store and get a bike check done on the same bike we wanted to buy. We drove to the Bristol store, as it was on our way home, and low and behold the bike had been checked over and was ready to collect. Thank you to Matt and the team for their amazing customer service

We were searching for good quality hiking boots and were served by a young man called George. George was extremely knowledgeable about which boots were suitable for hiking, rambling and climbing etc. and as an experienced hiker himself, was able to recommend and suggest boot makes for all budgets. He went above and beyond to give us the best service, was extremely helpful and polite and we were able to leave feeling happy about our shopping experience. We wish him all the best with his career ahead.
