I was helped in store by a lovely lady…
I was helped in store by a lovely lady called Sofiia. Nothing was too much trouble - her guidance was great concerning my son and obtaining the right size wetsuit.
He listened and was guided by her when trying multiple sizes and we found the correct one with no meltdowns!!

Great customer service
We popped in for a T-shirt and left with three. There was a good stock of gear in my husband’s size and we were served by Summer who was friendly and very helpful. She opened up a fitting room so he could try things on and served us at the till when we had made our choice.
Summer was great! We both very much enjoyed our shopping experience and will definitely be back soon.

Helpful staff
We had difficulty in finding the camping fridge we wanted to purchase. Unfortunately the one we wanted wasn't in stock. We spoke to a member of staff, Harry, he helped us to find something similar . He was very helpful abd kind.

We had a customer
We had a customer, we had a service person called Lewis, who helped us with finding my daughter some walking routes. He went up and beyond the requirement needed by staying with US for an hour and getting as lots of different shoes and sizes. It was polite and helpful and very, very courteous.

This was my first visit to Go Outdoors…
This was my first visit to Go Outdoors Exeter, to buy my first pair of walking boots. I was served by Alfred who was approachable, friendly and very helpful. He gave me advice and knew his stuff. Took my grandson to buy fishing hooks …
Took my grandson to buy fishing hooks and bait. We are complete beginners, Robbie talked us through what we needed and taught us both, in great detail, how to use the equipment, even how to knot the hook onto the line, easy to follow instructions, giving me and my grandson confidence which enabled him to have a wonderful afternoon fishing!
