Price to pay will be over £15 more than quoted!!

On top of 'guaranteed price' displayed prior to booking, there is a booking fee as well as 2 × £7 charges for your car entering and exiting the airport twice. While I accept that this is an airport fee not the parking fee there is absolutely no mention of it while booking the parking service. This should be a built in charge as the service isn't usable without it. Also, the online 'chat' will only provide you with an email address that takes over 24hrs to get a reply from and the phone number provided appears to be unmanned.

Please note that we operate as a booking agent and work with a number of independent parking service providers. Depending on the operator, some prices may include airport access fees while others do not. Where these fees are not included, this is clearly stated in the “More Info” section of the product details.

The amount you were asked to pay relates to the airport barrier/levy charge, which is set and collected by the airport authority. This fee is payable directly at the airport and is not an additional charge applied by us or the service provider.

Great service, highly recommend

Great service, Uzy was very helpful and a lovely chap. We got a bit lost on the way in and he talked us through the directions and stayed on the phone till we arrived. On pick up he kept us fully informed about the arrival of the car. Highly recommend

Usman was fantastic and made it easy and convenient for us before our departure, also back
On arrival, he would contact us before hand and during the process and very friendly, polite and well spoken, thank you and will see you again very soon.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.
Paid for Meet & Greet parking and it was a complete failure. Driver was late at drop‑off with constant excuses, leaving me stressed with colleagues waiting. On return, I was told no one could bring my car back and to take a taxi instead — promised it would be paid, then refused on arrival. Company hung up on me and I had to pay £14 myself just to get my car.

Rude staff, misleading communication, zero accountability. Save yourself the stress and book elsewhere.

Update- NOW RECEIVED PARKING FINE FOR DROP OFF LOCATION - no response from GOAIRPORTPARKING

STILL NO RESPONSE FROM GOAIRPORT 24/03/26

As a booking agent, we work with independent parking operators. Following several complaints regarding this particular operator, we conducted a review and found that the service provided did not meet the standards we require. As a result, this operator has now been removed from our platform.
