If i could leave zero stars i would. Booked a reservation and within 1 minute of booking realized i made a mistake and called right away to cancel. The woman i spoke to said there is an $85 cancellation fee and I repeated it back to her and said $85 that’s almost triple the fair. The started to yell and me and say that’s our cancellation fee you can pay it or change your reservation. I explained the reservation was booked 2 minutes prior and there is no way I would be rebooking with a company that is so nasty.
She proceeded to yell at me for another minute and asked for my email that was provided on the confirmation.
I haven’t experienced this level of disrespect from a company in a long time. Thank god I didn’t go through with the reservation…
Convenient airport to hotel rides
I have used this service twice. Both times I booked the shared ride. My first trip in July I had the entire bus to myself both ways. My second trip this December they upgraded me to a private car for free! All the drivers I rode with were extremely friendly.

We had an exceptional ride and service
Ousmane arrived early by 10 minutes which was great for us, we’re always ready early. The van was super clean, he was a great driver and nice conversation. The company he works for is another issue. They had him booked to pick someone up at the airport we were going to, before he was to pick us up. He kept trying to call the desk, they kept hanging up on him. They finally cancelled the other pick up with him, no idea what happened to those Travellers. Our trip was great. Awesome driver, quick route, he took our luggage to the elevator we needed to be at in the airport.
Do not book if you might cancel
I booked back in January as the cancellation option was excellent. I cancelled a day later after reading the terrible reviews and researching alternative options (if you don't have too much luggage I recommend getting the airtrain and subway -its extremely cost effective). I waited for a few weeks and chased my refund. I'm still waiting 11 months later. I had several messages blaming various excuses like COVID (in 2023!!), that I was in the next batch of payments etc etc. I've provided my booking numbers on numerous occasions and still nothing. They've now stopped answering all together. Do not use this company.
This August I've prebooked
This August I've prebooked, but had to cancel it right away. Called company and the guy I've spoke to told me that I would get 50% refound. I've asked why since in confirmation e-mail was written that cancelations received up to 4 hours before scheduled pick up time are fully refundable. He said ok and send me an e-mail with confiramation that ride was cancelled.
After that I've heard nothing. I can't keep calling them since I don't live in US. Send several e-mails and got zero responce. So, they took my money but seems to refuse to pay back, even though I didn't use service and cancel a day before a scheduled ride.
I'm very disapointed, since I've been using services from Go Airling before and never got scammed before. Walking whole way to an airport is better alternative that booking share ride with Go Airlink.
The fact that the company does not respond here says a lot as well.
Great reception service, quality and kindness
Great reception at the welcome center in JFK. The Van was impecable and the driver more than kind and educated. I can recommend and encourage to use this service, which is a really warm welcome to NYC.

Worst shuttle service I’ve ever used. No form of communication, delayed, driver was rude playing loud music and didn’t drop me off by the actual hotel!

-10 worse experience ever!!! Booked with shutterfare paid them! Was assured I’d be picked up no hazzel! Couldn’t find shuttle! 2 hours looking! Kept calling shtterfare and was hung up on over and over. Couldn’t connect with anyone! Now no one will take responsibility and give me my money back! Go Shuttle and Shtterfare no good! Horrible customer service!!! Do not use!!!!

I called to check after 15mins of time and was told ride is cancelled as they don't service that part of Manhattan. So, why allow booking to go through in first.place?? Now to wait and see if I get my money back.
Dreadful service. Avoid at all costs
The driver never arrived at my hotel at the time I was initially advised. My pickup time (when booked with Super Shuttle) was 18:59 - 19:14. No-one arrived. Tried phoning, but the line just dropped. I waited until 19:35, and ended up getting a yellow cab for $100 i.e. twice what I had paid for the shuttle. I then (much later) saw an email from this company, sent at 19:30 advising that the pickup time was 19:45!!! What is the point in sending this 15 mins AFTER my initial pickup time??!! I didn't even know they had sent the email until much later. If the pickup time changes, they need to let people know much earlier. A phone call would have been better. Awful service. I was going to try to get a refund, but after reading what other people have said, I won't bother. I'll just be wasting my time. How in God's name is this company allowed to keep operating? Total shambles. I'm giving them one star only because there's no option for anything less. I only booked this because GO Airport Shuttle's pickup time would have got me to the airport 4 hours before my flight! Wish I'd just used them now.

Terrible service. Shuttle never showed up, even after I called twice. Was promised a refund after calling three additional times and receiving an email confirming I would receive a refund, and the refund has never come.

I've booked for a shared shuttle from Newark airport to Harlem. They have confirmed me the ride and gave me a reservation number. On the telephone they told me that the ride was cancelled because they were not going to Harlem. I've asked to confirm me the cancellation by various mails but they never did it. I hope I will not be debited from my mastercard as their cancellation has never been confirmed.
I suggest people to be carefully and choose another more serious company.

it was a terrible experience. I went out to the arrivals of terminal 1 and called the Go Airlink call center at 2.10pm and the driver arrived after 50 minutes and after several reminders. We went to terminal 4 to pick up another person and then return to terminal 1 for 2 more people and then again to terminal 4 for two more!! I was finally taken to the hotel after more than 2 hours!!!
I will NEVER book this service again and don't do it!! I will definitely take a yellow cab!! Don't reply to me asking to write an email at your info address with my reservation number because the mail doesn't exist. I have tried twice and the mail returned to me. Host or domain name not found.

Very poor overall service. I contacted GoAirlink NYC for pickup from Newark to M Social Hotel. Waited over 2.5 hours at Terminal B for pickup despite me calling 6 times because of delay, the rep each time would say 'they'll be there in 20 mins... until we finally canceled for a refund and sought a lyft.
