Great Little Trading Co. Bewertungen

After a fault developed with one of the products the customer service team arranged for a replacement. Although there was a delay in delivery of the replacement due to lack of stock, the team were really helpful and friendly.

We received incredible service from GLTC, they went above and beyond for us to ensure we received our daughter’s birthday present on time.
It’s rare these days to experience such a personal level of care with some companies so it was a joy!
We will certainly be ordering again as all their items are fantastic and such high quality!
Thank you!

I just wanted to write what a great little company this is. We had an issue with our order which was sorted quickly with Sally. The delivery team were great and installed the bed very quickly. Excellent bed (Paddington Mid Sleeper) my granddaughter loves it. Thank you so very much .

The reviews had made us slightly apprehensive, but our experience has been excellent. The items were delivered quickly, and well packaged. We sent an email about a minor issue, which was replied to, and resolved, the same day.

The play kitchen and accessories are exceptionally good value for money, and our granddaughter is over the moon with the present. We'd happily buy from them again, and recommend them.

Beautiful quality and timeless pieces, one of my favourite places to shop for my children

Appalling! I am so disappointed as the popular perception is that this is a good, reliable company.
In my experience my order took over 14 days and the payment was taken (I haven’t even received it yet!) and accurate communication was poor.
The delivery company XDP is dreadful. Notice of delivery was given on the same morning, which was not convenient, but personal plans were duly changed, only to find the delivery did not turn up.
Impossible to contact anyone directly to sort this out. Understandably I have been left angry and frustrated having spent a lot of time and effort trying to sort out my order and currently having paid for goods I have not received.
UPDATE:
I received the goods and the furniture is of good quality, with clear instructions, reasonably easy to assemble and looks sturdy.

Best toys and storage solutions

great service today in sorting my delivery for a roll up bed. Sally was super helpful!

This company has become my favourite place to shop or search for inspiration, since having children. Their products are good quality and on the occasion there has been an issue (one with delivery and another with a damaged shelf), their customer service has been so helpful, prompt and easy to deal with.

Be careful - the website will take your money before giving you the chance to enter a discount code. Let's hope they refund item cost AND delivery charge following my email sent immediately after this somewhat unscrupulous trading method.

Lovely toys and furniture! A company I would always recommend.

A fantastic company! I got the Teepee for my son in December and it was an absolute hit, he loves it. It’s so sturdy and well made and built to last. I love GLTC items as the quality is incredible - delivery was speedy and smooth and I’m so impressed with the whole process.

We have used GLTC for many years and recently ventured from the toy section into the homeware dept for two super soft beanbags. The quality is excellent, our kids use them for everything from relaxing movie afternoons to building forts! Quick delivery and great customer service too!

We absolutely love this company! The kitchen helper and greenest bookcase are a huge hit in our house, our toddler loves them so much. Very fast delivery & amazing communication. Would definitely recommend!

Amazing company! Great customer service and even better products, the quality is second to none! Aesthetic and practical is always a winner and this company nail it!

The most beautiful crafted pieces.
Timeless ❤️

I needed a complete set of nuts/bolts for a toddler bed. They were sent out within 24hrs. Was a pleasure to deal with. Customer service like that will keep me a customer. thanks!

I absolutely love my shelf! It was so well bad and sturdy. It looks fabulous on my son’s new bedroom wall. Will definitely be purchasing from great little trading again!

My son loves his teddy bean bag. Its tactile, beautifully made and the perfect size! It's my son's favourite spot for relaxing. Its also looks great his room.

We have had many items from GLTC. The quality is extremely high & my little girl has loved everything. From toys to storage, I would highly recommend this brand.
The delivery has always been great for us!
