Poor quality
No issues with the website/purchasing/delivery. The actually products, however, were quite disappointing. Flat packed pieces were packaged well, but the MDF has an extremely thin layer of paint. Assembling with care on soft carpet resulted in scratches. The prices are too high for such mediocre quality.

Nice things for my daughter bedroom
Order No. 10081799075
I initially left a negative review because, after placing my order, I was unable to get any response from the company. After waiting around 10 days without receiving any communication, I was understandably frustrated and perhaps a little too quick to judge.
Since then, I have been contacted by the General Manager, who has been absolutely fantastic. She personally took the time to deal with my concerns and has gone above and beyond to get everything resolved.
I’m very pleased with the outcome and really appreciate the effort she has made to put things right. It’s refreshing to receive such excellent customer service, and it has completely changed my view of the company.
I’m now looking forward to placing further orders, as there are several items on their website that I’m interested in purchasing.
Thank you to the General Manager for taking the time to sort everything out — it’s very much appreciated.

Hi Adam, thank you for your feedback. Please can I clarify if this is in regard to order 10081799075? As the correspondence we have on file does not meet the description of this complaint. I can see you reached out to us on 31st July at 2.37pm to advise that Paddington Mid Sleeper was ordered in error and you would like 2 Paddington Bunk Beds and will cover the shipping to return the error. We replied at 2.47pm on 31st July to advise we will arrange for the collection at the same time as the delivery of the bunk beds at no charge to yourself. I can see however it's taken a week for our courier to arrange the delivery / collection, I am sorry it's taken so long to sort that. As agreed, the Bunk will be delivered on 14th August and the Mid Sleeper collected at the same time, then we will refund the Mid Sleeper. I hope that clarifies everything and please do reach out if you need any more assistance. Best wishes Lisa
Sky high delivery costs.
My daughter wanted to order something however she lives in the highlands so instead of £3.95 cost for delivery, the delivery jumps to £40!!! We have had to have the items delivered to my house in the south of Scotland to avoid this horrendous charge. Citizens in the highlands do not normally get charged like this because of where they live. However, despite saying they were running slightly behind due to moving, the items arrived in a couple of days when we were not at home but was safely delivered to our shed.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We're delighted to hear that, despite our recent warehouse relocation, your order arrived quickly and was safely delivered.
We're sorry, however, that the delivery charge to Highland addresses was a source of frustration. We understand your concerns and appreciate that delivery costs can feel disappointing, particularly when they differ significantly by postcode. Unfortunately, some of our courier partners apply additional charges for certain remote areas, which are outside of our direct control.
That said, we're pleased we were able to get your order to you within a couple of days and that your items arrived safely. We truly value your feedback, as it helps us review our services and explore ways to improve the experience for all of our customers.
Thank you again for your order and for sharing your experience with us. 😊
Kind regards

Beautiful toys at bargain prices
Wake up everyone - beautifully made, very reasonably priced toys that will bring joy for many years to come. £15 for a gorgeous breakfast set complete with a toaster that pops up - absolute bargain!
Love that toy sets can be built up over time eg market stall can be a grocers, bakers, cafe, car repair workshop. A child’s imagination will be ignited as they explore the wonderful combination of toys on offer.
