Weeks in and still waiting on delivery

Arrived 37 hours after placing the order. Took my husband 75 minutes to build and I’m so pleased with it. Great piece of furniture.

The Dandelion table and bear chair are good quality and looks nice in the nursery. Easy to assemble and clean and perfect for our toddler! Also really quick delivery.

It is difficult to review the product as I still haven't received it. I have followed the tracking link which confirms that the delivery service have received the order but nothing else. The live chat doesn't work either. I will give it two more days and then consider cancelling the order and buying the product elsewhere.

Easy ordering, delivered in a timely manner. Easy to assemble with good instructions. Great products with an attractive design.

Sadly had to chase every item as wasnt dispatched and then one of the items would be sent not the remaining in the end chasing last items and ended up refund 😢

GLTC are 1 up from IKEA. Their stuff is nice but they let themselves down with too much MDF and plastic packaging. For MDF I think they are overpriced. I would much rather they used something more sustainable like birch plywood. At least the hardware is of reasonable quality.
The packaging is disappointing. There is no need for polystyrene and foam today. It should all be fully recyclable.

Lovely wooden toys beautifully made and at an affordable price too. These won't end up in landfill that's for sure.

I ordered a Lulworth bed 23 days ago, it has still not been fully delivered. The first delivery attempt took 11 days to arrive and there was an error on the shipment. I immediately wrote to them notifying them of the error, it took 6 days for the replacement part to be shipped. In their generosity, the replacement was shipped using an economy service, that was a week ago and XDP still have not delivered it or said when they will deliver it. The poor child needs a bed. I will never be buying from GLTC again, which is a shame as the products look good.

Consistent quality, along with well-thought out products designed to be used by children of different ages - what’s not to like !
Delivery service kept me up-to-date, so I had no worries.

Excellent service

I placed an order over 10 days ago and despite regular emails asking for a dispatch update I've been fobbed off with the same response - we apologise for the delay etc, it's due to warehouse issues. I have now asked to cancel the order as it is too late and I need the item urgently so I'm going to order it elsewhere. Instead of replying to my request, I've just been sent an automated dispatch email. I have no faith that the order will arrive anytime soon and I can't get hold of anyone for any answers. I just want to cancel my order and get a refund. I won't be using this company again - avoid! Terrible customer service.

The cutest little storage boxes! They look amazing in our nursery, and whilst on the small side, fit into our kallax well and are very good quality.

Lovely bookshelves, I love the colour and the quality is great but when applying them to the wall it was very difficult and the plugs for the screws is visible at the sides. If the wall attachment was further into the back you wouldnt be able to see them poking out the sides. Luckily it hasnt taken away from how please I am with them.
