I visited the London store in person to view and purchase a vintage Rolex watch. Customer service was great and Simon was a pleasure - we basically had a good chat about all things watches (and other topics), and his patience and service while we waited to iron out payment issues was impeccable.

Tried to source a brand new, recently discontinued Omega watch, for some time. Tried all kinds of jewellers, even had my local Omega boutique ring Switzerland, all to no avail. Contacted GWS and spoke with Matt on Monday, had an email saying they had sourced a brand new model at the pre discontinued price.
