Brilliant value work and service on my Rolex, and returned over 2 weeks earlier than anticipated, looking and operating as good as new. Old/used parts of the internals had been kept to show and explain what had been changed, paperwork included, and gifted back to me in a storage case. Highly recommend, after years visiting authorised repairers on the high street , I now wouldn’t look anywhere else.

Have used RS Watch Repairs twice now and both times have been very satisfactory experiences. Estimates were given and the repairs were carried out in the timeframe and prices quoted. Communication during the repair process is excellent and everyone I spoke to at the company were very friendly and helpful.

RS Watch repairs serviced mine and my wife’s watches. I’d not heard of them so I went off the great reviews. I certainly wasn’t disappointed. When I collected them I thought they were new watches despite them both being 15 years old and never been serviced.

The whole experience was top class, high quality. From the first meeting, the care and sincerity that you are dealt with is perfect when you are dealing with items that are extremely valuable and sentimental in my case.

The online updates throughout the process are excellent and having your own profile log in is above and beyond expectation really, and also the quote process was highly professional.

Then when you pick the watch up, the work was exceptional. This company are highly recommended and can be trusted with your Watch completely.

Fabulous service, excellent value and brilliant communication

My Tag watch had some water damage, and they were able to help me by replacing the inner movement and servicing the watch.

Throughout the process, they informed me of each stage, when the parts were ordered, arrived, installed, and reviewed. All in all the process took just under 10 days from drop-off to pickup.

Very transparent process and very friendly staff. Should anything happen to my watch again I'll take it back to these guys.

Very professional & very reasonable priced. Gave me good advice about my watch and completed the repair quicker than expected.

Ive just collected my son's Omega Seamaster which required a new bezel and glass. I was updated via email and phone as to the status of the repair(some parts needed to be ordered). The cost was what I would expect of a high quality watch repair carried out by a an expert with years of experience. In summary - a great service. I would recommend RS- and even if you dont live in the Manchester area, a postal service is available. :-) :-) :-)

I sent my Omega Seamaster to RS watch repairs to fix a scratched seconds hand and some dust left on the dial by a careless jeweller.

I can only reflect all the other reviews left here. RS were brilliant all the way through - the watch came back to me with fresh seals and hands, a replaced HE valve (free) and a pristine dial (and I can be quite picky!).

I will be sending all my watches to RS from now on. Couldn’t recommend more.

I was kept aware of everything as it happened. I was informed and asked to inform if I did or didn't want whichever matter that came up that was not initially aware, instead of just going ahead with. Item returned in very sufficient packaging.
