Paid two months of subscriptions, estimated time range was wrong twice.
Parcel is now in the Netherlands, going to Germany and then bound for the UK.
Meaning I will have paid nearly three months of subscriptions for a parcel over three months late.
The excuse by VitaminLab?
We are moving warehouse so everything is slow.
Won't be using their services again.
Oh, I also requested a refund if my order is not fulfilled by a certain date, turns out, they were waiting to send my order in a bulk shipment.
Meaning I waited TEN (10) DAYS for my order that was already completed and packaged, to be sent with some others.
They really make you feel special eh.
Can't imagine I'll be getting my £240 order before the third billing cycle ends, laughable really.

Edit: They have waived my third payment cycle which I do appreciate, I'll move my rating from a one star to a three star for this, though I did have to ask for it.

the ability to custom blend my supplements is a game-changer!
first of all, the cost savings by giving me just the right amount of just the right supplements has been a budget gift!
secondly, to get just the right amount without having to take 7+ different tablets daily (my blend is only 1 per day, but has the same amounts of each one) is so much easier to swallow--pun intended.
but as a company, they are top notch in communication with me regarding any changes needed in my formula, payment methods, or anything else.

Well first off it's the obvious fact that I can customize my own personal supplement with MANY different things, including multiple vitamin and mineral forms each. Secondly the custom service I quite literally couldn't ask more from, very understanding and even knowledgeable. Kind as well. My only real gripe is the obvious amount of time it takes to go from ordering to getting to your door step but at the same time I completely understand why it takes that long. I'd rather they take their time, do it high quality and be more of a "guaranteed" time line rather than to give an unrealistic one and cause disappointment

The consult was very helpful and very personalized. Listened to my health concerns and suggested the right vitamins. It’s great to have all my vitamins all in one. The capsules are smaller than I thought so they are easier to swallow.

Talia and the team at Vitamin Lab are incredibly helpful from start to finish. I was recommended them from Life X DNA in Australia after I obtained my DNA Methylation results from them. Talia has continued to answer all of my (extensive) questions, offers free consultations, and they take the stress away from ordering and condensing your personalised vitamin protocol.

Shipping from Canada to Australia is not an issue at all and is very efficient.

I was a long time client and I finally got fed up and cancelled my subscription after dealing with this awful girl Mackenzie. There is no renewal notification. I can’t even easily login to look. You’re automatically billed whether you need more or not. I USED to be contacted before hand and when I mentioned that, I got a ridiculous and confusing response about policies. None of which are accessible to me until they use it to justify their billing error. The product itself is fine. It’s just VERY overpriced for what you are getting and the hassle of dealing with people who bill you with no notification then when you ask why, begin to recite policies you’ve never seen or been provided is ridiculous. Support your local vitamin shop and get away from these condescending people. Ironically Mackenzie is STILL sending me emails justifying her bad behaviour. No one at the company is listening or dealing well with customers. Their system is broken.

I’m thankful for VitaminLab. I have FSHD, which has no known treatment, but a French study showed that a mix of antioxidants could reduce progression or even improve function. While research continues, I decided to try this myself. No other custom-supplement company offers the combination of vitamins and ingredients I wanted to get in order to match the French study’s ingredients and dosage. It took several weeks for my first shipment, but now that I’m on a regular schedule, it’s easy, simple, and slightly less expensive than buying high-quality versions of the ingredients individually. I am very thankful for VitaminLab!

My life has completely changed in taking VitaminLab vitamins. My migraines have disappeared and other health issues are resolved. During my consultation with Chanelle, she listened to my health concerns, summarized in an email our conversation after the call, and provided the best recommendations that led me to a successful health journey. I have been a customer for years and could not be happier with the results of taking these vitamins. Before being a VitaminLab customer, I was sick every week, not able to digest food appropriately, and seeing many doctors with minor success but never to resolution. I missed so much work that I could not keep my job. Seeking other jobs, I was fired within 6 months due to being so sick. It was a horrible roller coaster of bad health and not able to keep working. I am not an advocate of taking medicine, nor do I take aspirin or Tylenol. I am holistically focused. Chanelle continues to work with me each time I want another consultation to ensure I am on the right track. Sometimes additional vitamins are added to continue excellent health. I periodically get blood work from my medical doctor, which Chanelle reviews and incorporates the medical recommendations into my daily vitamin supplement. I will forever be grateful to VitaminLab and Chanelle's expertise in helping me be healthy!

Extremely poor process and customer service.
I was excited to find a way to get custom pills... I worked with my naturopath to create some on this site and placed the order...
I received an email that they were going into production..
Weeks later I received an email that I had to have a call with some nutrition counceller to determine if my order was valid.
So after the fake status updates and long processing time I now had to prove this order was safe?
I asked them to cancel it, it had already been so long it made more sense to just get some pills on amazon.
They replied with a threatening message they were going to still charge 20% even though they never even confirmed the order was 'legal' with their councellor - never mind produced or shipped anything...
Needless to say I am unhappy being charged 20% of a product they never even started to create or ship after weeks of delays to find out its not coming.

There is no satisfaction guaranty or return/refund policy if you are unhappy with the product, even if it makes you feel ill. They have deceptive invoicing and have terrible customer service. The product is over priced, for better than $100 a month I can get a daily course of supplements that is not 6 pills that make me feel sick for at least 2 hours after taking with food as recommended. There are many other vitamin supplement companies out there to choose this company.

This company seems really receptive to client concerns and has only been helpful in helping me solve my questions and concerns. Wonderful customer service!

Wonderful customized vitamins for your DNA profile.

Vitamin Lab is amazing! Optimizing health is a hobby of mine and I did a 23&Me test and sent it to Nutrahacker and got a bunch of recommendations based on my SNP's and then I couldn't find a multivitamin that worked for me. It would have the form of Vitamin E that causes inflammation or the wrong from of B12 for me. (and half the population!)
Vitamin Lab has the right ingredients and none of the wrong ingredients. I also just met with their nutritionist and was able to add 4-5 other supplements that I was taking separately! (Vitamin C, NAC, DIM...) so excited to save money and energy on managing all the pills!

These vitamins have changed my world - I have more energy, focus and stamina and LOVE all of the support and insights they provide. I've used them for years and will never stop. I love them!
