Very happy with the my garage door purchase from GDO.
I did find some manufacturing issues with the door but sometimes these things happen. I contacted Keeley at GDO and she was very helpful and concerned about putting things right.
A new door was supplied and fitted promptly and now looks and works a treat. Their driver was friendly, efficient and it was no problem for him to drive over a 100miles to get here.

Second Hormann garage door I have ordered from them. Kevin and Carrol are always there to help and pick up the phone which let's face it, is pretty rare these days. They are at the mercy of the manufacturers with delivery windows but have always been very helpful chasing them up for me. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I cannot recommend Hormann who supplied the door though. They have been very difficult to deal with from the get go and refuse to sort problems out in a timley manner. They also dont understand the law and customers rights.

I bought a side hinged doors to fit onto my carport which Im converting into a garage. The quality is exceptional and it was fairly straightforward to fit. The whole process from ordering, dealing with a few questions I had about locks, changing the delivery date to fit with work and finally the delivery itself was fantastic.

I've ordered a number of garage doors from Garagedoorsonline over the last few years, and always find them to be helpful, checking and clarifying the many details related to the doors, the delivery, and the installation. Carrol and Keeley have always responded quickly to queries, which helps move the process along, with phone calls from them reminding when the doors are due for delivery, and getting a 30 minute advance call from the driver. Really helpful when running a construction project.

I purchased a supply only Teckentrup side hinge door from Garage Doors Online, was actually recommended to approach them by another supplier who couldn't do the exact spec i needed and they reckoned GDO could offer best price on this particular product which was indeed the case. Very smooth and efficient transaction from enquiry to delivery. The staff have been most patient with all my requirements and daft queries. I bought a large roller garage door from GDO and fitted it myself. Everything worked great for 3-4 months and then it developed a strange control fault. I spoke to Laura on their customer services team and she was super helpful, asked for a video of the install, a bit more info on the detail of the issue and within 24hrs a new control unit with remotes was on its way. It was quite a strange fault and many online retailers would just have said it was an install issue and try this and that and then monitor it for a few months, but Laura and the GDO team thankfully didn’t take that approach and got things sorted quickly, I was very impressed!!

Left an enquiry regarding fitting the garage door. After one week, they still haven't responded.

Lovely quality door and mechanism. Delivery arrived earlier than advised so an issue with unloading but resolved.
