Door quality and all associated with it perfect. A word of warning. If you are building a new home and want to claim back the VAT you need two separate invoices, one for the manual version of the door and one for the automatics. G.D.O. will not give you a breakdown after you have bought the door, taking this into consideration it would have been a lot cheaper to have bought the same door from a local installer and had it installed.

Ordered on line. The fitter collected it, fitted it and took my old one away.

Was kept up to date on dispatch times and my garage doors were delivered at the time I was told, the doors were heavy but the driver went above and beyond to put them where needed so that I could fit them the following day.
The doors are well made, fairly easy to fit if you follow the instructions, I’m very happy with my new garage doors.

Reason for 5 stars - easy to order online. I ordered a Hormann roller door T in a graphite grey. It was made in Germany and delivered within a month. I am a competent installer and installation was relatively easy. On commissioning, a fault was showing on the control panel and I asked them to review photos and video of the fault. This was dealt with in 20 mins. Fault was rectified. Excellent customer service. Would highly recommend.

We purchased an electric roller garage door to fit on behalf of a client & needed quite a bit of technical support prior to placing the order. The team were very helpful, explaining details thoroughly where needed. The ordering process was excellent - speedy, streamlined and exactly as they said it would be from the start. Delivery was quicker than the stated lead time. A special thanks to Laura and Keely who helped to coordinate onward carriage to Isle of Man by ensuring the consignment met the requirements of my carrier.

Very happy with the garage door I ordered, delivery wasn't as long as stated which was great and the door looks lovely. I needed to order some more weather seals as we unfortunately damaged them installing the door and Keeley got us sorted and some new ones sent from the supplier thank you :)
