I was ordering a spare part for a tent that I bought at least 15 years ago. I got straight through to someone in England (not a call centre miles away) who knew exactly what part I was talking about. He even had my address on file.
The part was dispatched and arrived on time 2 days later. EXCELLENT SERVICE and very good products.

I'm QM for a large Guide and Brownie unit and our first Gala Tents marquee was purchased about 25y ago! It eventually wore out and another purchase was needed. Went to the website but couldn't find what I wanted so started a remote chat and was connected to Darren Perry, the Sales Manager. Darren was very helpful and he gave me a few options that suited our needs. Opted for the 3m x 8m PE with groundbars. Darren gave me a good deal and sent me a link to pay which I did and marquee will be delivered next working day. If only all companies did customer service this way! Someone will say "how can review, you've not had the product yet!" The last one lasted 25 years!! It'll be fine.

Excellent product

Outstanding customer service. I brought various items from Gala Tents 6-10 years ago and one of my Gazebo top got cut in various places. I phoned late one afternoon and they immediately identified my account and what I had ordered. Replacement was with me the day after next. Thank you

I bought a gazebo for motor sport events from gala tents 15 years ago what a great product, the top canopy is getting tired, and just ordered another top as the frame is still in excellent condition thank you to Gala tents for a great product

I'm useless with technology and had a specific colour and printing style in my mind but couldn't find it Calum in the design department had numerous attempts to design what I wanted,without losing patience and in the end produced a fantastic design for me which was exactly what I wanted and more and the quality was beautiful I'm very happy customer

I’d give no stars if I could. Bought a marquee from the company and it’s the most flimsy item. Won’t stand up to even a light breeze. It’s unsafe too. I’d absolutely not recommend this company. We had issues with our gazebo ie they sent another companies gazebo and had to wait for a replacement so missed a show with our brand on. Poor customer service too as we were mis-sold the marquee as was told it was suitable for winter use, we’ve had it tested by a reputable company (which I’d highly recommend) and it’s not even suitable for summer use. Avoid this company.
