Great experience from design to delivery, extremely smooth and fast. Super helpful company to deal with. I would highly recommend.

I bought a commercial gazebo from Rock Awnings four years ago, and it's lasted me well with regular use (1-4 times per week). As one would expect, it's needed parts replacing from time to time (because it takes a lot of battering from the weather), some of which have felt well-priced, some a little expensive (but not more-so than their competitors).

Their after-sales customer service has been excellent. They usually respond quickly, get urgent items out in decent time, and have really helped me out with a particular issue I had. I've recommended them to several traders and will continue to do so.

I placed an order with Rock Awnings for a new Tent Canopy to replace my old one which had ripped.

Great to see a UK company who sell spares instead of having to replace the whole thing.

Really pleased with my 3x4.5 its been up in garden over a year now with my hot tub underneath... brilliant piece of kit even in strong winds ...proper sturdy with no leaks at all ... would and will definitely buy from these people again as i went to collect from their warehouse.. totally down to earth to deal with...

Absolutely brilliant company to deal with. The pop up we purchased in July 2021 more than met our expectations and is still in use.
Had it been folded and stored properly after the last usage, We would not have had to purchase a replacement side panel. It was mouse damage NOT a problem with the quality. Ordered yesterday afternoon and delivered this morning. First class service ... thanks Stefan.

We used Rock Awnings to order a branded gazebo and flags for our promotional day @ our local town centre. From start to finish the team (i was mainly dealing with Richard who was great) was so helpful! From design to print i couldn't fault anything, i would highly recommend. The printing and delivery was quick and efficient, and most importantly the quality of the branded printing on the fabric was amazing. Not to mention the quality of the gazebo, super sturdy (HEX 45) and conveniently packs away with the travel bags provided. I have been waiting until we had used our gazebo a few times at events before reviewing. I am super pleased with the quality of construction. It's a 3x3m mid range gazebo with hex legs and was very easy to erect with two people. It's really strong and I felt very confident when using it recently in adverse weather whilst watching other people's structures buckling and bending! The customisation (digital printing) on the roof was excellent and customer service was very helpful through the buying process. I would highly recommend and use again.

Best quality, advice and service. We bought a gazebo from these guys years ago when in Chorley and wanted something more suitable for our outdoor business. Decided to go with the Hex55 and the quality and price blow the competition away massively. Thanks very much, probably see us again when we want custom side prints making up.

A while back I ordered a 6x3m Rhino Hex 45 to replace a gazebo that fell to bits on a windy day. I put it up over my car while I was doing some work on it. The mother in law warned me I should take it down before I left on holiday as "it was going to be a bit windy." Obviously I ignored her. It turned out the "bit of wind she was talking about was storm Kathleen! I Iive near the west coast where it hit worst. I was dreading coming home as to be honest I couldn't see any way I wouldn't be coming home to find a mangled gazebo wrapped around my car. The garden is trashed, there are branches down everywhere but the gazebo is unmarked still standing over my car. 6x3m is huge. I cannot imagine how much force must have been going through it. Highly recommend!

Have purchased several gazebos from Rock Awnings and have no complaints about the explorer series gazebos. With there being plenty of spare parts available, fixing any damaged legs or joints is easy and pretty cheap. Delivery is good too, have ordered several spare parts over the years and have always been satisfied!

Fantastic product. We went for 3 x Hex 45 after their recommendation from a friend who has market stalls with the same items. Easy to erect and sturdy. We purchased in May but due to illness was not able to assemble until last week. I noticed there were a couple of weights missing from our order as they were delivered separately by the courier. I called Richard who did not even question it and immediately sent them out. First class service and product. Very happy and would have no hesitation purchasing again.

Ive had a 55hex 6 x 3 5 years and a 3x3 for 2 years both still working like new. Canopy fades but hey mine tend to be up for at least 8 months of the year. Ive also broke them and the guys at rock awnings are super helpful getting parts. Easy to fix to.
Just for reference i treat mine badly and they hold up.

Received our printed Hex 55 today, more robust than I was expecting. Great quality but on the heavier side.
