A job well done. Staff were friendly and my phone was repaired in 45 minutes whilst I went for lunch. Price is good value since it includes 12 months warranty.

Take away your console and refuse to return it
This is with their Hendon branch - brought in my ps5 for a repair, spent £120 for their attempt to replace the power supply (that they claimed they paid £45 for). After a month’s wait, just to be told they can’t fix it unless I pay for another £2xx to buy a new motherboard. Then they proposed I buy a new one from them with a discount of what I paid for the repair, and they take away the new power supply they bought from my old ps5. The next time I went to the shop, their technician wasn’t there so we agreed that I pay and leave with the new ps5 and will drop my old one with them and they will call me for pick up once they are done taking out their power supply. After two weeks of following up, they changed the story said I agreed to leave my old ps5 with them and refuse to give it back.

Apple wanted over seven hundred pounds…
Apple wanted over seven hundred pounds to fix a common problem on my iPad(not charging). They added that it could not be done before Christmas.
I took it to Gadget Clinic where they explained the problem in layman’s terms. They then fixed it in two days charging me less than one hundred and fifty quid.I was then given helpful advice as to how to avoid it happening again. Top marks.
