Great service, we visited two days running to browse and make our final choice. David Bumstead was attentive but not pushy and was able to answer all our questions, advising of different options and pricing to suit us. Very happy with our purchase and would recommend FV and David without hesitation

The help from Helen Petrie was excellent. We told her what we were looking for and she guided us to three possible suitable sofas. Helped us with choosing the right colour and fabric for our home. There was no pressure to actually buy. We left to have a coffee whilst deciding which sofa to choose. On our return we were greeted by David and Helen joined us once again. We were encouraged to try the sofa once more to make sure we were happy with our choice. Helen was helpful throughout and I found the whole process stress free. Very friendly and knowledgeable sales person, and the coffe and cookies were great.

Salesman Brandon came over to see if he could assist us, then left us to look round some more, then came back and answered all our questions. We then placed our order with him. He was very informative, helpful and friendly.

Sales representative was well informed and was able to show a corner sofa that fitted our measurements. The only down side is the delivery 13 weeks seems excessive.

James and Dan our delivery drivers were very courteous and very efficient.
They came well within the allocated time slot , were very respectful of our home and were very tidy took away all rubbish would quite happily use furniture village again

After waiting around 3 months for my new suite I was delighted to get a delivery date and even more so when a few days before the date another call bringing the date forward. The day before delivery I received a text and an email stating GOOD NEWS! Your furniture village order is ready for delivery AND confirming time slot. I arranged for someone to collect my old one that evening so the room was ready for the new suite the next day.on the morning of said delivery I received a call, they only had one 2 seater sofa, another and the chair was missing. No promise as to when the rest would arrive and no thought for personal circumstances as I had guests coming to stay for the weekend and the need for a chair for mobility issues. Why send out messages saying they are ready to deliver when they don’t have it in stock? I have had to cancel my guests coming for the weekend, I am losing the money I spent on theatre tickets (which were their Christmas present) and I have taken a day annual leave unnecessarily because their communications system is utterly inept and now I have the garden furniture in my lounge for goodness knows how long… to say I am raging would be an understatement

UPDATE

After the debacle of Fridays non-delivery which I appreciate was not caused by the staff at the local store, Chris at Norwich followed up with a call on Saturday ans my missing furniture was located and had been delivered to them. Delivery was rearranged for this morning, Sunday, which I was thankful for. It all went very smoothly, the two men that brought my furniture were very pleasant and efficient, so thank you to them. Chris called shortly afterwards to ensure everything was ok which was appreciated, it shows they do care about the customer experience.

Whilst for personal reasons I will find it hard to forget my disappointment about the failed delivery on Friday, the Norwich team, especially Chris, have done everything possible to ensure my satisfaction moving forward and I have no complaints about that, so thank you one and all.

One thing I would like to suggest, is that systems are improved and the delivery slot is confirmed to the consumer, at local level, when the goods are actually in their warehouse, rather than at a central distribution hub. This would have prevented a lot of heartache and upset.

Dealt with Chris Brown who was exceptional. Made everything really easy. Super helpful without pressuring us into a sale

Dan Waters assisted us. A most pleasant young man, very helpful and knowledgeable, no pressure.
My wife and I went for lunch and having decided on a purchase we returned to the store and Dan completed the sale.
Again no pressure, talked us through the sales and delivery process.

Very pleasant experience, when I walked in I was left alone to browse for a good while which was great. When I was ready a salesman came over but he was not pushy. He answered all my questions with ease and was very helpful

From the very beginning with our first visit to the Norwich branch of Furniture Village, Luke (manager) and Chris Brown (Sales) we’ve had a lovely experience. Very efficient, with sound advice and courteous treatment throughout.
Our furniture delivery ( despite us unavoidably delaying the delivery) was a seamless and again, courteous and considerate process, thanks to James and Dan from the delivery team.

Furniture village Norwich is the best, most helpful and knowledgeable sofa store that we visited over a long period.
It has to be said that only a very few other stores came across as a bit pushy, wanting to make a sale.
However Shane Burgess at the Norwich furniture village really showed that he had a genuine desire to help us obtain a sofa that was right for us. Taking time to show us all of the options without trying to 'just make a sale'. This makes a big difference to the whole experience.
