The furniture is great, it was the delivery service that was a problem. I explained to the woman who phoned me to arrange delivery that I do a school run so can’t be at home till 9.am she told me can’t get message to delivery people!! I got a txt the night before to say they would be here between 7 and 8am i immediately txt back to explain. I got a txt at 5.28AM!! To say we start work a lot earlier and that’s the time we will be here! Rude I thought I asked my neighbour is she could come round while I was on school run lucky it was her day off! After waiting for 8 weeks for 2 beds and wardrobes I did not want to rearrange delivery.

Great service very helpful couldn't fault the person who dealt with us and my wife said the delivery guys were great as well

Even after politely dismissing David he still assisted and gave more information.

Went in to buy a bed and bought a sofa and chair, all powered, quality fabric and a bargain.
Dan in the Norwich store was so lovely and helpful, not at all pushy as some sales persons are.
Today five days later two lovely young chaps came and delivered and installed said sofa and chair.
James and Dan were friendly and good humoured everything was so easy and calm no fuss.

The bed was delivered and only half installed. It’s still in pieces in my bedroom
The allocated team were only a collection team only, had no tool.
They were nice lads and apologetic, they doesn’t help with a poor service.
I will be calling for more answers

We were greeted by Chris Brown (sales consultant) He was very helpful and guided us through everything we needed to know. He was not at all pushy. The transaction was very smooth.

I recently bought the Lux rug from Furniture Village during their sale, believing I was getting a genuine discount. However, I later found that the exact same rug was available at Dunelm for a lower price at their regular (non-sale) price, which was disappointing.

I’m pleased to say that the store has now honoured their price match policy, although the process took longer than expected. I do appreciate that the issue was ultimately resolved.

That said, the experience has left me feeling a bit cautious, I’ll likely think twice before purchasing from Furniture Village again. It was also disappointing to find that the rug wasn’t exclusive and was available elsewhere for less at a standard price.

I had an overall great experience at Furniture Village. We went in just before the shop was being closed but the staff were really nice and friendly and got everything done quickly. They didn't hurry us even when it was time for the shops to be closed. Thanks for a wonderful experience.

We were looking for just a headboard and Dan gave us plenty ot of advice and options, success was achieved and he was so good he managed to sell us a coffee and side table set we had being viewing for over a year. Thank you 👍

Had a great shopping experience no hassle from the staff and and when we made our decision team member Rhian was great making sure that we were happy with our purchase and very reassuring that we had all the help and support highly recommended

Placing the order was not easy as I did it over the phone. However their delivery team was excellent. I requested delivery in a couple of days, this was for a clearance item, and their delivery team made it happen

Your staff are polite and return our telephone calls. We have a problem with a two seater settee delivered recently. Ankush, has been very helpful in trying to resolve the matter.
