Ordered $149 worth of cat food. They have an Australian website but no product or responses to email. Unbelievable how these scammers can be so blatant. Do not buy from them😡

I have not received my order for &129 and have contacted them with no response!! I wish I had seen this before I ordered!!! I thought I was playing safe, I read reviews before I ordered. I wish I'd known the reviews were fake. I received confirmation and an invoice almost instantly but that's where it ends. No delivery and no response to emails….. A google search of the address on the invoice reveals a completely different business. We need protection from these scammers!!

Very poor this company is a scam. Constant excuses. It been six weeks, still have not received my good. Do not buy from this company you’ll never receive your goods.

SCAMMERS avoid at all costs. Waiting one month for my goods and nothing.
They don’t reply to you and they certainly don’t send the goods you order.
If I could have scored them zero I would have.
Shameful behaviour by the owners ripping off people.

100% scammers! Ordered $380 product, status was ‘unfulfilled’ after 14 days, enquired on delivery and recieved a promise would be dispatched by following week, 2 weeks on and received verbatim same response. Despatching end of next week!!! They are scammers and should be shut down!!

When I commented on their Facebook page I was instantly blocked. A google search of the address on the invoice reveals a completely different business. We need protection from these scammers!!

Agreed it is a scam. Sadly made a purchase before checking the reviews. 4 weeks later no delivery. They don't respond to emails or phone calls. Seeking a charge back on the credit card.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Scam website. Paid $99 for a seat cover for car and has never arrived. Tried to contact via Facebook and email no response.

Pity I have to actually give them one star. DO NOT ORDER from this company ! Will take your money and then never deliver goods. Will not answer emails, calls and will block you on their social media pages when you leave a comment asking where your order is. Absolute disgrace of a company.

This company is a scam!! No response from multiple emails and phone goes straight to voicemail. Do not use them under any circumstance. So disappointing!!!

We ordered a pet amigo deluxe seat shield from them and the first time we put our dog in it, its started to fall apart at the seams. We contacted them in November and they were supposed to replace it. It is now March and after numerous emails and attempted phone calls, there is still no resolution and they just lie and say they are either waiting on stock or it's on its way. Now persuing the legal route as this is not acceptable. PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THESE SCAMMERS.
IF you really want one, buy it from temu much cheaper, these are exactly the same.

They sent the wrong product from what was ordered. I gave them the courtesy to do the right thing and send a postage paid label so I could send it back and they ignored communication. Do not buy from this company. Their communication is poor and haven't the decency to right their mistakes. I wont be buying from them again or will I recommend them.

Ordered a thermostat on 21/1 - received what I thought was tracking and sending advice 10 days later and the product never arrived. No response to emails and phone messages. I've had to lodge a claim with PayPal and hope I can get my money back - $165 :/

Absolutely a scam website - DO NOT ORDER
No responses from multiple emails and calls and messages.
I spent hundreds of dollars on the website and no idea what to do now.

Do not attempt to buy anything from these scammers! They took my money then nothing, nothing sent to me, won't answer any emails, won't answer the phone. Their facebook page has people warning it's a scam and they delete them! Rip off fake company.

Very helpful they went above and beyond for me and my pets, I have found my go to pet store!!
