I order two collars flea and tick for my dogs said free just pay shipping I did twice 16.99 each have not got them ordered in January of this year . Now I figure I might of got scammed 😡

Scam - never received item and did not respond to emails

Do not buy from this company, they are absolute scammers. I made a purchase on the 4th April and never received my item, like many others I have emailed however they do not reply.

Do not purchase from the company.

After almost a month I still have not received the items I required for my sick animals and have had to purchase them elsewhere. I have also emailed the company multiple times with no reply.

Ordered backseat cover for my car and selected express delivery. Not dispatched so tried to email regarding status with no response, also tried contacting the number with no answer. Disputed transaction with bank and received my refund. Went ahead and purchased from another company only to have the Furbabies product turn up over 3 weeks later in an old Amazon box that was not properly sealed and in horrible condition. My card is now being charged again for the product and that I fully understand as I did eventually receive it. The lack of response, the time it took to get the product and the condition it came in - overall a horrible experience and would not recommend using this company.

Only sent part of my order and will not return any communication.

SCAMMERRSSS! DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE! Your order will never show up, they won’t respond to any emails and block you on social media if you try to contact them.

This business is a scam. Wouldn't respond to any emails, phone calls or msgs. Only got a response once spat it and went though zip for a refund. Ordered on 28th April and still not received goods

Scammers. Purchased a backseat cover for dogs over a month ago and paid for express shipping. No reply to my emails until I request a chargeback via my bank and it was verified (I provided evidence they were scammers). They then email me saying they’ve sent the item and requested I reverse the chargeback. They entered a tracking number that has not worked for over a week. Absolute scammers.

Another one 1 star vote for same reasons.

I ordered the Pet Amigos Dog Back Seat Protector – Hard Base from Furbabies Online on April 2, 2025, and have not received the product over two months later. I’ve emailed the company multiple times with no meaningful response. The tracking system is vague and unhelpful.

After digging deeper, I found many other reviews describing the same experience — payment taken, no product delivered, and zero communication.

This is not just poor service; it borders on fraudulent. I’ve now requested a full refund and will be escalating this through my payment provider and the ACCC if not resolved.

Avoid this seller. I regret not reading the reviews first

Do not purchase from them, absolute scam and have reported them. Paid for item and shipping for something that never came.

After 3 weeks asked for refund. No response to calls, responded to email on two occasions still had not sent item or refunded money. After four weeks received item despite asking for refund. Four weeks to receive item is quite poor without response.

This company is a scam. Take your money and give you nothing. Won’t answer emails or messages. I have reported them to the ACCC in the hope it will save other people.

I ordered and paid for a

the 1st of May 2025 on which I received an Invoice.
It is the 1st of June 2025 and have not received my order.
They do not reply to my emails. And the phone is switched off and the mailbox of the phone number is full.
It is easy to order and pay but from there they are NON EXISTING! They are a SCAM!

I wish I could give 0. These losers took lots of money from me and then never sent my items. Total scam, have reported to my bank and to trading standards.
I work for a large veterinary corporation and because of this I have contacts amoung the companies they claim to stock, of which I have been told by the people at those companies that furbabies online is not a stockist for their products and they have never heard of them!
I'm lucky I managed to claim the money back from my bank but please please do not buy from these people.
I managed to track down the supposed business address and speak with one of the neighbouring businesses who said this place is not at the address listed!
Their prices are too good to be true because they are!
It's all a total scam! Shame on you furbabies online I really hope karma catches up on you!

These guys are an absolute scam.
I should have researched this online store before handing over the funds. Problem is that they are registered as a vendor through 'Shop.app' so I expected that they were trustworthy, I was wrong!!
Don't go anywhere near them.

Wish I'd checked them out before buying!
Item still not posted, no responses to any emails or calls.
Reported to ACCC and NSW Fair Trading.
Don't be fooled by the cheap prices.
Dishonest, dodgy and this business needs to be shut down.
Their Facebook page doesn't allow comments - enough said.

Fraudulent company, took my money no delivery of product. Do not order from these scumbags.
