They charged me double and 5 of the items I ordered didn’t arrive (more than a month waiting with no sign of tracking) they don’t answer your inquiries. LAST time I buy from this website, scam.

Fake, not only Fruugosaudi all fruugo domine is International Scamers, they provide invalid shipment tracking number upon payment, never get product,
Also no contact leads , dont buy any thing from this site

I ordered more than two months ago and still waiting for my shipment
So don’t trust them and never order again

I bought from them and I never got my product or my money and no one is responding to my complains and no one to talk to or complain too just a scam website

I placed my order on October 8 and it was expected to arrive at the end of October but now it’s December 2 and I haven’t received my order!! And the tracking numbers shows that the shipment has NOT moved since October 21 !!

And I’m trying to send them an inquiry about my order and to get a refund but I can’t click on the send inquiry option!! like there’s something wrong on the website which obviously is not a coincidence.

like aliexpress is more reliable than them lol

The fruugo is really a scammer, so please don't order from fruugo

I have reported this site to Saudi Consumer affairs. They are scammers they are thugs they sent me a parcel with Saudi Post and then sent me a phishing email pretending Saudi Post to pay SAR 10 once you click to pay the chatge is SAR 300. They are tied with chinese thugs i have the email as proof to show them the door.

Don’t use it! Website is so bad, in case of problems (and they will be) to hard to deal! On the website u can not easily find again seller and write review, there’s just shown your order and opportunity to write to seller, but whatever u write him, nothing will be changed! Can u easily contact website customer service about that? No! Sellers work only with cheap delivery companies. It means website doesn’t provide exact requirements to them! It looks like they don’t care anything at all!
Even If u order not just from local website but JollyChick, IHerb (I make exact example to prove that proper service is possible) u get delivery fast, so it means there are ways to make proper service, just they don’t want to do it!!!

الموقع تمام لاكن يالي يبي يطلب يتاكد من البائع اذا كان شخص او شركه.. اغلب الناس يالي يطلبون من ناس ينسحب عليهم .. الموقع هذا يعتبر حلقه وصل بين البائع والشاري لاكن خدمه العملاء عندهم لك عليها رسلت كذا ايميل لين ردو ويالي رد من موقعهم البريطاني.. نصيحتي يالي يبي يشتري شي يشتري بعد مايعمل حساب عندهم لان لو عملت شيك اوت as a guest صعب تتبع الشحنه

I placed my order on April 13th, and I still haven't received it. I have not received any responses from the help center or the retailer, and I'm extremely frustrated. I would rate this experience with 0 stars! It's frustrating that you're asking me to complete a survey about your service when I haven't even received my order. Do you even consider the situation I'm in?
