I never suggest you buy from this website i ordered product and I reacived something else and no one replying in help center at website or emails DONT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE

I used it first time march 2026 to order my car part which was no where to be found in UAE. received the part in approx 10 days from china despite current regional problems, will be using it regularly.

Now I ordered a Kiwi H4 boost and they send me a Bobovr M3 pro that retail for almost half of what I paid for the Kiwi!
Truely disappointing!

I ordered some items for my vehicle and the items that I recieved were not compatible for my vehicle. It was written in the product description on their website that those products were compatible for my vehicle but when I recieved it, they were not. The items dimension and design were not the same for the parts that I have to replace in my vehicle. Becuase of this, I requested for a refund but unfortunately, I need to send back the items to the sellers address in China and I will be the one who will shoulder the shipping fee. Sending back the items means I have to spend money more than the amount I paid for the product it self.

I have ordered a battery since Feb 21,2026 and no one reached out an haven’t received my order or a refund , Pure scammers , I will report this website to the ministry of economy of UAE

They are not able to arrange items.basically they write a price on the app which is just to catch client.the items are not available at the amount indicated but they get your money and they won t return nothing.you re just cheated and you can t male any action for the few dollars you have paid.so don t buy nothing from then better gift to the charity.consumer protection should take action against them,read carfully before buying from them

This the biggest scam ever FRUUGO (AE )I made on 29th of December an order to buy two bottles of champagne Moet et Chandon Ice imperial . I paid on ligne total of 540 dirhams . After a long wait today the 15th of January I received TWO PLASTIC GLASSES WRTEN ON THEM MOËT ET CHANDON . They scam me . These two glasses they are offered as a gift when you buy the bottles . I never received my two bottles of champagne that I paid for . FRUUGI UAE STOLE MY MONEY .
So the two plastic glasses are for 540 dirhams !!!!!!!!!!!

Never order through Fruggo, its a scam. First of all, even if you do receive the product, it will be after months. Second of all, I can guarantee you that it will never ever be the same thing you ordered- the photos on the website are very fake. They say that you can return your products if you do not like it but theres no way they will allow it. They literally block it. Always order through Amazon or if you want chinese products, Temu or Shein. Never through anywhere else, I learnt my lesson! I ordered from a seller called Nanyang Tengfei Network Technology- run if you see this name specifically.

Don't waste your time. I didn't listen to the reviews here and went ahead and ordered an item. After confirmation of and payment, they inform me that the item will arrive after 35 days from China. I try to raise enquiries during this period because the tracking information says that it was delivered after 3 weeks. However, the website doesn't let you because it has to pass the larest estimated delivery date. After 45 days, I raise the enquiry and they just say they will refund which I am sure it won't happen. The whole process is automated and I checked the whole website but there is no email or mobile number or anyway to contact them. Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!
