my game screen is not the size it use to be. It so small I have a problem reading it.
I don't know what happen to FreeRide but the scree for the games is so small I can't read it. If anyone knows how to fix this let me know.

this game source does not work.
I spent 4 hours for the game to download, played one level with a cursor that wouldn't stsy in tact for the game to disapper and say you just played any game.It took 3 days to get it to download. It would come in when I started to unistall it. I haven't had any fun yet. i am getting ready to uninstall once again. To get the games started is much to time consuming.

Regarding the games downloading slowly; the download speeds are completely reliant on your Internet Speeds. If the game takes a long time to download then your Internet Speeds may be a bit slower (if you have DSL, for example) then you may wish to select a smaller sized game. You can check the size of each game on the Game Details page before you download it.
If you are paying for faster internet, you should run a Speed Test (http://speedtest.net) and ensure that you are getting the speeds you are paying for. If your speeds are slower, please contact your Internet Service Provider so they can investigate the slow speeds for you.

Mouse does not sync, Game crashes
The only game I tried that worked was "My Farm Life 2". I really enjoyed playing "Magic Farm" but magically the mouse did not sync with the game buttons. I tried to fix this problem by uninstalling and reinstalling. Didn't work after 3 times. Even switching to full screen didn't work. The buttons on the game are permanently and invisibly somewhere else. To click some of the top buttons (like play) I have to click an Ad on the bottom. That's extreme. And "Build-a-lot 4" just magically crashed in the middle of me building a house. No thank you. E-mail me when this is fixed so I can give a higher rating. I see potential for this site.

In regards to the Magic Farm game, it sounds like the frame outside of the game that holds the ads is not re-sizing the game (the ads should never cover any portion of the game and make it unplayable). In regards to this we would need to get a screenshot of the game screen and some further diagnostic info from you so we can fix this issue with the game.
Regarding Build-A-Lot, these types of issues where the game closes are very common and have a wide range of causes (DirectX, Video Card Drivers, Background processes) and unfortunately are not possible to fix via a one time response like this. Regarding not being able to play the game, you can visit our Help Center here (http://freeridegames.com/support). We have a ton of help articles that have in-depth instructions on how to fix our most common problems.
Also, changing your Home Page and installing our Toolbar are completely optional. When you install our software you are given our User Agreement. On this Agreement it has checkboxes that you can UNCHECK if you do not want to install our toolbar or change your Home Page. Because you left those options selected, they were installed as it was indicated you wanted those extras.
You can always uninstall the toolbar and change your homepage back. You can visit our Help Center on instructions on how to do that if you are unfamiliar with the process.

My full screen play is missing!
I have played Fishdom for nearly 5,000 games and all of a sudden I don't have a full screen. The full screen box is checked. I have unchecked it, rechecked it, unchecked it, rechecked it and I still get this puny little box of a screen that you have to strain your eyes to see. If playing 5,000 games is too many just send me a note and tell me and I'll try another game. Hope this gets settled soon.

Animated Ads ruin the whole experience.
I enjoy the benefits your company is giving to the gamer that doesn't know what they want to buy and play. And most of the games I have bought I no longer play. I understand being a free service that you need to advertise to make your money but several of these ads ruin everything good about your service. There is a milk add that like to just take over the screen, I also seen someone say something about the Dominoes add, The arbys add, the Because.com add, and several others that either take up the screen and stop the game play. Today its the Dr Pepper rolling add. And that one keeps playing over and over again like it knows and you know its locking up my computer and its your way to try to get me to pay for this service. But that will not happen as long as I continue to get unhappy experiences.
