Absolute joke! Just like everyone else waited 9 weeks not received anything took money and I can't even claim in back as it was on debit card

I ordered jewelry and after submitting my order and paying there was no confirmation email. This was over 10 days ago. Still no confirmation email. And when I entered order# it says there's no order. So now no jewelry and took my money!!!!!! Do not order from Francesca's online you will be throwing your money away. Calling credit card now. Terrible experience!

Very hostile, unsympathetic, and unhelpful. I was a frequent shopper at Francesca's. Typically they are just ok-- not very attentive, just does the minimum. I went to the Mall of Georgia location for a sale and an employee, Paige, was closing the store door 11 minutes (at 7:49pm) before closing time (8pm) listed on the website hours. I continue walking towards the store at 7:50pm, not completely sure if they were closed or just preparing to close, and she tells me that they are closed. I had driven 30 minutes to get there in time for the deal; I told her this, and she said I should have come sooner... Which I could not have. She proceeded to tell me that they close early on days they do signage. I had no way of knowing this ahead of time. Most stores I have seen do signage in the morning shift since customers are not there yet and it doesn't inconvenience anyone. Paige said she was trying to close the store and be out by 8:02pm and that I was delaying her closing. I was in there to purchase one item and made it during store hours, but I was told that I was inconveniencing HER from closing 2 minutes after closing time. She gave me no solutions, only looks of annoyance for still being there (during store hours). I told her I was not trying to get her in trouble or anything, but I wanted to know the customer service number to see if they would still honor the deal since Paige was claiming they couldn't do anything from the store's end. She continued closing the store and was ignoring my question. I asked again nicely and she said I could find it online. After all of this, I still left the store before 8pm when they were actually supposed to be closed. I understand if a store policy prevents her from being able to open the register back up, but if that was the case, she must have been closing the registers while the store doors were open, so a customer could have come in at any point. Closing early and being cold to a customer telling them that it is "not my fault you didn't come earlier" is very disappointing.

I called the next morning to speak to a manager, Julie, and she said she tells her girls they can close early to be able to leave early. I understand the want to not be there closing for an hour, but it is their job to be there helping customers during operating hours, not do everything they can to leave 2 minutes after closing. Julie told me there was nothing she could do about it but that I could call customer service to see what they could do. Again, no sympathy or accountability on their part.

I then sat on the phone for over an hour waiting to speak to a customer service representative. I still have not been able to speak to someone. Absolutely disappointing. Will not be shopping here again.

Save your money. Its a scam company 200%.
I ordered Emporio Armani shoes in white after seeing a website advertising these for an affordable price. Paid with my credit card on 7th May 2023 with promise of delivery in 7 days. Its 11th July 2023, 2 months down the road and no delivery neither any communication or correspondance. On clicking the link in email confirming order. Its website is not available. The company is in Prato Italy apparently from my transaction details. The ''visit our stores'' link is not available. No star from me. They donot deserve even a negative star. complete sham and scam

I have already sent out 2 emails about my orders. One about an online order and about a return. It's been several days since I've heard back. I've called several times today to be left on hold for over 30 minutes each time. This is horrible customer service. I want answers already. I love the clothes at this store. It's a shame I must stop shopping here after this experience.

Same as other reviews. Waited 2 months whilst i sent lots of email chasers etc. Gave up, now refunded via my bank. Not a complete scam as they appear on Companies House. They do throw across the odd reply blaming everyone but themselves. Courier etc. They even, laughably offered me a discount code for my next order that would inevitably not arrive! Take note of the reviews, avoid and move on to an Organisation that deserves your custom...

This is a complete scam artist. I will take your money. I would gaslight you with emails telling you that your package is with a courier which they don’t know the name of. I’m in the process of reporting them to trading standards and I suggest that nobody do business with this establishment, unless you don’t mind losing your money.😡

I love the clothes here. however, their online store is HORRIBLE and never lets me place an online order. There's always some type of error that shows up, and this has been happening for months.

SCAMMERS!! As per all the other reviews I ordered beginning of April and no goods. You just get an email saying there sorry and will find the tracking number. I've reported them to my bank see if they can get the payment back.

Not sure when i place a orderi am sure . it was in april still not had my order .i have email them loads of times .there were to send me a tracking no but i never had it .they are shocking of a company to do this to people they take the money and dont send out orders i .i will never order again i hope no1 order from them too

I would give them zero.
Dont order from them you wont your goods or your refund and if you enail
Them they will say we are getting your tracking number and it will never come. Then they stop responding to your emails.

I ordered some bottoms for my trip a month ago and NEVER received them. Emailed customer service well over a week ago and never heard back. Will attempt to call when I have time, but what a scam. Absolutely disappointed.

This company is definitely a scam! Same as a lot of others are experiencing. Ordered on 25/4, have emailed 4 times with a generic response and then they emailed to say they would send courier detail but haven't. Safe to say I have lost my money. If a company has all these complaints (or fake company) why on earth are they still allow to advertise as a company, shows how poor our regulations are and slow responsiveness to complaints!! Ridiculous, please do not buy from this site!!

Do not order from this site. Its a scam. They are frauds!! They take your money but never send you the goods. I've sent numerous emails, only to be fobbed off and told that they will send you an email with tracking code. Which by the way, they never send. They should be reported and shut down!!! Absolutely fuming!!!!!!

Im not received my order in 45 days. I did email for them 4 emails and get response very irresponsible even a sorry. They said “don’t worry”, I need to contact to my bank to get a refund.

We love this store when shop for clothing dress and summer cloth the price is very reasonable and styles is trendy :)
