We are sat this evening in our new home and we are here thanks to the efforts of Liz Langford. She really went above and beyond to make sure a very complicated sale was seen through.
The sale was a complicated one without the added problem of us, the business partners. Throughout the whole process and the problems associated with it, Liz held it all together. No matter what day of the week or time of day she was there. I honestly think without her, we would not be in our lovely new home to this day. Even when tempers were running high, she kept working towards completing this sale. We cannot thank her enough.

Maddie Standing-Gill was the agent acting on behalf of the vendors of the property that we purchased through Fox-Grant. The chain was long and parts of the chain (not our part!) were unresponsive. Fox-Grant, and Maddie in particular, did an excellent job in keeping things moving and in communicating progress. She was extremely professional and responsive. Although we were purchasing through Fox-Grant, we would highly recommend them as selling agents.
