Looking for a small cloakroom sink and cabinet We discovered this website and were amazed at the great price
The ordering was very simple and the item was delivered very promptly a few days later
The quality is absolutely excellent and better than some items we had seen at double the price
Would highly recommend this retailer for your bathroom needs

Ordered a radiator that was slightly corroded. Emailed James who responded immediately and replacement was received less than 48 hours later. Unbelievable customer service. Cannot fault the company and would bot hesitate to use them again.

I ordered a toilet from FNX Bathrooms via B&Q's website, and it has been an appalling experience. They delivered not one but two broken toilets; both smashed due to completely inadequate packaging. Despite reassurances that the replacement would be properly packed, no care was taken, and the same issue happened again.

To make matters worse, I am still waiting for a refund and have been left with two broken toilets that I now need to dispose of myself. This entire process has caused unnecessary stress, delays to my building work, and additional costs.

FNX Bathrooms is a seller on B&Q’s website, so be careful when ordering from them. Their lack of care and responsibility is disgraceful. As a customer with disabled family members, I’ve been left feeling ignored and undervalued.

If you’re considering buying from them, read the reviews and avoid them at all costs. They clearly don’t value their customers or take accountability for their poor service.

What can I say about FNX bathrooms we ordered our vanity unit through b and q not knowing b and q has so many company's in cooperation with each other so we get our vanity unit and that was smashed in the 2nd one arrived to our surprise we had been sent someone else's return the third one arrived and it had a chip in the unit by this time I was totally fed up and I said I will have to keep it as my bathroom fitter was waiting for it so with all this in mine we got a part refund of 48 pounds back for all that trouble and lastly b and q customer care was absolutely awful saying we didn't sell you it so we can't do anything I was fuming I ordered them of b and q so just be warned when ordering as it might not be b and q you get your things from I will never used or look at that Web site again NEVER AGAIN

Can’t fault the customer service!

I ordered some foods on a Wednesday using their next day delivery option. I was pleasantly surprised when I saw tracking update to say the goods had been dispatched and would be delivered Thursday. For some reason or another they weren’t delivered. I called the company on Friday and unfortunately I really struggled to get through to talk to anyone. I reached out on social media and although there was a slight delay, James got back to me and arranged delivery of our goods for first thing Monday morning which arrived with no issues. I did express concern that there was no answer on the phones despite calling a number of times which he seems to have addressed. Would 100% use this company again

Absolutely shocking service from start to finish. If I could give zero star, I would. I honestly wouldn’t use this company and would look elsewhere. I have been extremely patient and fair but they have let me down at every turn proving them to be unreliable and incompetent. At this point, I am even starting to consider if they are a legitimate company. They have messed up the order, the delivery and the refund. Although I have received an apology from the managing director, I am yet to receive the actual refund.

I bought a Scudo tap.
It came missing a part so I contacted fnx bathrooms.
I spoke with Jo and she was great.
She contacted Scudo and called me back to update me after she chased the missing part.
I was upset with Scudo because they didn't pack the item correctly which left me without my new tap for approximately a week.
I then received my missing part for the tap.
Now it's working the tap is fantastic.
I expressed my concern and I was later contacted by James.
He did all he could to resolve the issue.
He was professional, polite and extremely helpful.

I would definitely recommend FNX bathrooms.

Terrible experience of this company. Firstly, I paid for next day delivery and the items were not sent/delivered in time. Then once they did arrive, my plumber installed the set which was a bathroom basin tap & bath mixer tap. Once installed the plumber found that the hot tap on the bath mixer was leaking. Videos and pictures sent to show the fault. Email communication was poor and after a few weeks stopped. They now want me to return the tap which I will have to pay the plumber to come and take off the bath. Then the company will inspect the item and decide if they MIGHT provide a refund or MIGHT provide a replacement but they make no guarantee of either. I’m now in communication with the bank to request a charge back for the faulty items.

24/7/24 - following the reply from FNX: please get your timeline correct before making out a customer is behaving inappropriately- I have all the emails which of course have dates and times. Unfortunately, the company only looked to resolve the situation after this review was left. A new tap was received on 5/7/24 and my last email to the company was on 8/7/24 which has not been replied to.

Once again, customer is at fault, customer has misunderstood and customer has the timeline of events wrong, company trying to discredit the integrity of the customer. I will not communicate with this company any further.

I have ordered loads of times from them and theyre very good, fast and good quality. This time i ordered one part and the part had one fault in it i called them and they said they will send me another one straight away without asking for anything

Had an issue with a faulty product, contacted FNX bathrooms by phone and spoke with a lovely gentleman called Dean, the service was outstanding, he made sure the issue was resolved and even contacted me back by phone to make me aware a replacement was on the way so I could rearrange a plumber to fit, thank you again Dean, customer service was outstanding. Highly recommend

There was an issue with the towel radiator, but it was resolved very quickly by FNX Bathroom. James communicated to get things right. In my view, this is an excellent example of customer services and communication with FNX Bathroom. They are not just here for business, but they commit to the customers with wealth of experience in bathroom. In my view, James has met all my criteria given to him including my budget. I will recommend FNX Bathroom to anyone to purchase good quality products and I will keep you on my database for future. Many thanks James.

Update: As requested in below comment from James I emailed him on the 15th of June, he did not respond to this email either.

Ordered a number of bathroom components from FNX through B&Q, specifically black coated sink & bath taps, drains for both, shower. After fitment and in use, the black coating started pealing off. Contacted FNX over 3 months ago now, only this week finally receiving the instructions that it turns out didn’t come with the product that says you can’t use cleaning products, on a bath drain! As I kept the original instructions, I offered to send them the copy I received only to be told I should have read online or know that you can’t use cleaning products on the coated products, weirdly not an issue with the replacements I ordered from another manufacturer!
