I've been speaking with Flashify over the last few months, first with Robbie and then Alex and both have been professional, informative and easy to work with. I also reached out to their support team by email. I booked an appointment for Thursday and hope to get this done this week.
I was really looking forward to investing, but i was not able to verify any financials. i was told as an LLC, they don't have to provide any. unable to complete my due diligence prevented me from investing. i was sent a screenshot of a dashboard, but was never able to verify it was genuine. as a protective investor, i cant invest in something i cant independently verify. I may be missing out or i may be dodging a bullet. Shane was very pleasant to talk to. He was not pushy at all and asked what he could do to help me make a decision. I wish all the investors and Flashify great luck and fortune. No hard feelings here.
Actual investor here. They are a scam plain and simple. I invested $9k after speaking to someone over a zoom call. Then never heard from anyone again. Kept getting the run around that someone would reach out to me. Took weeks to get vague responses. I reported them to authorities and got all my money back from the credit card company.

I am actually an investor of flashify. I bought the empire package and was assured that my kiosks would be placed within 30-45 days. I originally talked to Robby who sold me the product. We got on a face to face call, and he seemed super trustworthy. He set me up with Caleb who Robby assured was great since Caleb was the guy who set Robby up with his own kiosks. I bought the package, within a week, everything they asked me to do I did including creating a slack channel and setting up a payment system. Around the 30 day mark, I was reaching out and asking how it was going, was told everything was proceeding and te kiosks should be placed soon. Kept asking for weekly updates and got the same answer but each time they took longer to respond. After the 45 day point I started asking for proof which I should've done before investing, lessen learned. I just kept getting run around answers and told a call with a manager named Oscar would be set up soon. About once a week they apologize, say they're just really busy until finally, a few days ago, Oscar jumps on my Slack channel (as a new user), and asks if my number was correct. I said yes and have not heard anything back from anyone since. I see they respond to negative reviews on here. Its been over 2 months and I've seen 0 progress on their end and I didnt break anything in the contract. I have all of our communication and the contract to prove it. I'm giving them one last shot before I go the fraud route (I know I shouldn't but I am the ultimate optimist and hope these people are just not great at their jobs instead of the alternate which would be scammers.) If you're reading this, I would hold off on investing with these people atleast until I give an update.

Flashify is a scam, I was a potential customer and had a sense that something was not right. The company cannot produce evidence of even one kiosk placed, there is inconsistencies in their ceo and the name listed on their contract “Brian Pinch” cannot be located whatsoever. Their social media shows kiosks from other companies that are currently placed, not even one of their products. I reviewed a contract with a sales rep and there are clauses in the contract that remove them from any liability, there are no specifics on the types of kiosks investors will receive or guarantees on the timing to place them, their 12 month buyback guarantee is only if the kiosk is operational for a minimum of 10 months, so if they never place them, they can simply walk with your investment. Their video clears states they have kiosks placed in Texas, but the sales rep I spoke to said they do not. Furthermore, the rep said they had approximately 250 kiosks placed but when I said the name of 10 of the most common states, he just said “oh no not yet, you’d be the first, to every single one.” Also I spoke with 3 different sales reps during this process because both of the prior ones left the company. I was provided 3 references names, all of which did not respond, nor could their names be traced to the phone number provided. The company was registered in July however I was told that most of their clients recoup their investment in 6-7 months, how can they make that claim if that timeline has not even elapsed. I was provided screenshots of their “dashboard” which showed monthly revenue for several kiosks dating back to last year so clearly it was not actual data.
Is there a slightly possibility that all of this is a coincidence and that flashify could be real, maybe, but every where you look is a red flag, for a company that is obviously a start up and with no clear evidence of success you are better off not handing them over $30,000 like I almost did over a phone call until they can produce any evidence that it is a working model, with kiosks in operation, with references for venues that can be contacted to confirm placement of the machines, and with actual P/L statements from this year.
It seems you are much more likely to be asking where your initial investment is in 6 months than you are be to be receiving any sort of return.

Given Flashify could not read, I never said I was a client I said I was a potential client. I actually signed a contract with your team (which is why I was able to quote it because I have a copy) and while I was in the process of trying to pay my bank blocked the transaction numerous times. When I asked your sales rep for more information to get more assurance he could not provide it.
I asked for proof of a kiosk placed and it could not be provided. There was no mention of an NDA. I didn’t ask for an exact address I said any photo of one placed, I was ushered to your instagram which showed another companies placed not even flashify!
When I reached out to your referrals no one responded.
I also asked for the CEOs information I was given the name Brian Pinch and his phone number and he didn’t respond either. I see you have ANOTHER new CEO, different than the name on the contract, different than the name on the video and different than the name on the follow up email I received from the team.
I did ask for clarifications from the team and I was met with dismissive comments once that happened because I was having issues processing a payment I realized it was all a scam.

Added an edit regarding our 2nd appointment attempt. . My review is based on their poor sales "service" and my research. I am not - or will be a customer.
I had a meeting set up and received a text that I needed to watch the video before our meeting. I checked email - nothing - and no text link to the "video" either. I texted back and let them know I didn't get the video OR any link or info/email for the meeting. When I confirmed the meeting there was a "would you like to add this to your calendar" and I said yes but there was nothing in my calendar. Maybe a technical issue happened, not necessarily their fault on that. They did not reply to my text (I may have texted twice) about the video or meeting info. Since I didn't get the video I texted to reschedule. No reply again. Prior to the meeting time I received a text saying the meeting was almost starting and I texted back "I see you are not reading my texts but I reached out that I didn't get the video, no email or text, no reply from my texts and then again to reschedule so I could get the video". He texted back two options to talk next day I think and I picked one. He also said the texts are auto generated texts. Which of course made sense for the texts I could tell were auto generated - however since he was then texting me in real time he had that option to read my texts. He offered me new option times to talk the next day and I confirmed the time. I was at my phone for the meeting time. Nothing. I texted “don’t we have a meeting right now?”. Nothing. I also texted another time and no reply back - ever, not even to apologize for wasting my time as I was there for the call waiting. A good business practice is to answer a potential investor and make it so they can contact you and get a reply. Standard business practice - I didn't make that up! :) Very unprofessional that they didn't reply to texts, lack of info for the meeting, no video sent, no show for the meeting and the lack of transparency on the company is all a red flag. I understand they are a private company and respect that. However - other than Instagram and Facebook there is no information, no website and no LinkedIn company or employee listings. Instagram and Facebook don't have any real basis to show you are a real company. You can Google and find their LLC, filed in June 2025 and their registered agent name and 1 contact, but no LinkedIn info for either of these people (that connect to Flashify) and no LinkedIn presence on the company at all. Be private for financials but even private companies want to present themselves as real and authentic. And of course - good sales tactics, communication and showing for a meeting that they offered the day/time - would also show they are a good investment. They may possibly be the best next low investment business out there - I don't know and have no desire to after this. I suggest if you do consider them ask the questions I would have (and more). Good luck to all who invest and if they are indeed "real" I hope as they learn more about the business world they improve their sales process and improve their transparency with much better and available information.

I wanted a tour of the warehouse, i think this is really normal, before i become a partner by paying $9000. I wanted to seee what they were selling. Something didn't sit right with my feelings. Please don't trust flashify.net, I also wanted to get a demo of their dashboard which i never got. Warning About Flashify (Kiosk “Passive Income” Company)
Just a heads-up for anyone seeing Flashify’s ads on Facebook or Instagram promising “$700–$1,500/month passive income.”
I dug deep like someone looking for gold — and the red flags are everywhere. The call was/ sales pitch was ...bla
There’s supposedly a CEO named “Jason Becker-Knight,” but there’s no LinkedIn, no state filings, no trace of this person anywhere. If he’s real, no one can find him. Give a direct link if he is real.
Their main site, flashify.net, isn’t even active — it literally says “domain not connected to a website.” Their other site, flashify.live, is just a one-page sales pitch. The ads on FB are with AI-looking photos and videos with no real branding on the machines, no real address or contact info. I couldn’t find a single verified kiosk location per one user.
They even ran an ad with Jake Paul that looks like a deepfake, which is wild.
Meanwhile, the reviews on Trustpilot tell the same story over and over:
– Ghosted after payment
– Refunds that never arrive
– “Customer service "that goes dead
– Contracts with no clear placement details or timelines
– One reviewer said they drove to the warehouse in Texas, and it wasn’t even there.
Some 5-star reviews were basically the same. Not cool Flashify not cool good thing reportedly taken down by Trustpilot. ScamAdviser gives the site a low trust score.
And when people start asking real questions, reps apparently tell them they’re “not a good fit.”
Other companies in this space — like JB Charging or Charger GoGo — have working websites, clear pricing, and verified deployments. Flashify doesn’t.
Until they can show real leadership and better reviews, physical kiosks, and transparent operations, I’d say: don’t send them a dime. Or be very cautious. If you already sent money for the Kiosk, please post your results. It's easy to reply, but back it up with facts Flashify team and not some generic answer like yea, we are or that's not true.

As for the Jake Paul ad — not a deepfake.
We were testing licensing-based ads that were compliant with fair use at the time. We’ve since shifted all creative to in-house content and real Flashify members.
We’ve seen competitors trying to play dirty.
Ironically, JB Charging and Charger GoGo — both mentioned — have zero good reviews. If this were truly an “unbiased warning,” it wouldn’t link to direct competitors who are clearly struggling for traction.

If you are reading this, you are probably deciding whether to invest $9K, $17K, or $30K. I had the funds and genuine interest, but when I reviewed their own numbers, the math did not match the promises.
On a Zoom call with Emily, the sales rep, she sent me their presentation since I could not see the slides on my phone. On page 7, it shows investor returns for "M. Gonzales – 2024" under the Growth package ($17K):
Total gross: $22,000
Management fees: $4,370
Total net: $17,483
Emily told me that $17,483 was "straight profit." I pointed out that it included the original investment, meaning the true gain was about $483, roughly 2.8% ROI, not the 300%+ ROI advertised elsewhere.
Robbie, the sales manager, joined the call and said their model had recently changed, and they now delay taking management fees until an investor recoups the initial investment. Emily, new to the team, had not known that yet. I told them the presentation should be updated, and Emily retrained, so that new investors are not misled.
They did not want to admit that they were mistaken. When I asked for an apology for the confusion and offered some friendly advice from a former salesperson to another, Robbie called me "confrontational," told me I was not the type of investor they were looking for, and ended with a dismissive, "Have a blessed day."
So I did not choose to walk away. They chose not to take my money because I asked questions and expected professionalism.
The Zoom was recorded, and the math is simple. If you are considering investing, read everything carefully, verify returns, and get every claim in writing. A legitimate business should welcome questions, not silence them.
Update (11/09/2025): I did not yell or namecall, but I did have a firm tone and asked for an apology. I did not do the things that they are accusing me. I said they should update their materials and retrain their staff. She was new and misunderstood.
The manager said the misunderstanding was a matter of perspective. No. Numbers don't lie.
But the company did when they responded to my review. Very glad I did not invest in your sketchy company.
Win-win. They did not want me as an investor, and I definitely am glad I did not pour my money into this company.

This is a SCAM! Everything they produce is AI generated. I Attempted to do business with this company but quickly found out it’s all BS. I was provided with a trial slack account. Had some back and forth communication for a couple weeks then radio silence. No movement or placement of kiosks. They claimed they had a “team” scouting locations but the descriptions they provided of the areas and locations were just fake. Was supposed to have one on one calls to discuss progress. Never had not a single one even after asking numerous times. 3 months with 0 to show for it besides wasted time. I even drove to their listed business address and it was non existent. SCAM!!!!

This claim is false and intentionally misleading. Here's what actually happened:
1. This "client" paid with stolen credit card information.
After internal review and third-party verification, we confirmed the payment originated from fraudulent activity. As a result, we ceased all communication and reported the incident immediately. We do not proceed with services under any form of illegitimate payment.
2. We have full documentation to prove this.
If you're a genuine prospect with concerns, we’re happy to show verifiable receipts, fraud alerts, and case notes proving exactly what happened — with timestamps. Transparency is key.
3. There was never an intention to invest — only to scam.
No legitimate investor would expect full kiosk deployment without clearing basic identity verification, contract validation, and payment confirmation. His “trial Slack” experience ended the moment the fraud was uncovered.
4. The business address claim is also false.
We maintain a secured warehouse facility. It is not a walk-in office or showroom, and for safety and operational reasons, we do not allow unauthorized visitors or surprise visits. Every real client gets location updates through our client success process, not by showing up unannounced.
We take our clients seriously. We also take fraud seriously.

Stay away from this fake company! I was scammed into their standard package. Spoke with a guy named Alex who promised he would be there every step of the way. When you watch the initial first video, it mentions a 30 day money back guarantee. I asked for my money back. Was told by Alex it was processed and would take 10-14 days for a refund. That refund never came through. And his communication went cold. Also his number is not in service anymore! Their company email address is not working either. The merchant they list on the transaction is not even them. Fake numbers fake emails, fake company. Facebook should be held accountable for allowing fake companies to post ads

And just for the record, Alex never shared his number with me. And I have text proof that Alex said a refund was initiated. And that too, after Alex deactivated his fake number and emails to your address came back as undelivered. Just quit your BS.

The agreement you executed with us does not include a 30-day money-back guarantee. Our current program is “done-for-you”: within the first 72 hours we ordered your kiosks and engaged our locator and deployment teams on your behalf. Chargeback vs. refund timing:
You initiated a chargeback with your bank before requesting a refund from us. Once a chargeback is opened, card-network rules require us to let your bank decide. We can’t also issue a direct refund at the same time (that would duplicate the credit). We notified you that chargeback reviews typically resolve in 7–10 business days, but the exact timing and outcome are entirely determined by your bank, not by Flashify.
“Wrong merchant name” on your statement:
It’s normal for the descriptor on a card statement to show our payment processor’s name instead of “Flashify.” That’s standard for many businesses that use a third-party processor; it doesn’t mean the company is “fake.”

Our published support line and support email are active, and you were also provided Alex’s direct number for escalations. If you had trouble reaching us at any point, that’s on us to fix—please accept our apology. We’ve double-checked that all channels are working.

If your bank approves the chargeback, the funds will be returned by your bank directly.

Went through whole process and while it took a while everything turned out great. Machines up and running making $30-$50 a day… definitely liked the way things turned out. Most people won’t go through or are skeptical but I recommend giving this a shot!
I engaged this company to inquire about the business opportunity. During my due diligence I found a few red flags,
1. Unable to locate any information including a Linkedin profile for the Founder & CEO Jason Becker-Knight (name on partner agreement but not the same name as listed with Texas Secretary of State)
2. Unable to locate a business website showing officers and board leadership of the company or any other standard business information.
3. Flashify LLC is not in the Better Business Bureau's database, registered or non-registered.
When I emailed these questions to the support a t flashify.net email address provided by Alex...nothing in return. I even texted Alex and he stopped replying to me. Be careful, something isn't above board with this company. Do your own due diligence.

2. Company information and officers
Flashify LLC is a privately held company. Like many private companies, we are not required to publicly list officers or board leadership on a website. That said, our corporate registration, operating address, and managing members are all filed with the state and available for anyone to verify directly.
3. BBB registration
The Better Business Bureau (BBB) is not a governmental or regulatory body—it is a private organization that companies may choose to register with. BBB registration (or non-registration) is not an indicator of whether a business is legitimate, licensed, or compliant. Many companies, large and small, do not register with the BBB.
4. Communication
Our support inbox and CRM phone line are fully functional. If you did not receive a response, it may have been due to an email filter or misrouted message. Additionally, you were provided with direct contact information for a member of our team for transparency.
5. Important context
You state you were “inquiring” and doing “due diligence.” To clarify, you are not a client of Flashify LLC and no business transaction was ever conducted between us. Your review is not based on personal experience with our program but rather on preliminary questions.

Avoid that company. Seems like a scam that falls under the category of 'too good to be true'. I searched the name of the CEO that was given to me, and there is no record of him on the web. Also, the contract is very basic and makes no reference to what happens at the end of the useful life of the machines. I asked the representative I spoke with and he was not sure what the useful life was or what would happen at the end. The contract itself that you are asked to sign neither specifies where your machines will be or in what period of time they will be up and running. I told representative that I intended to do further due diligence before committing. Glad I did. ... Postscript - they replied saying that their CEO is easily searchable on the web. That is, in fact, not true as far as I can tell. I searched again and still came up with nothing.

This individual was never a client of Flashify LLC. During our qualification process, it became clear that the reviewer’s expectations (such as demanding guaranteed placement in JFK and Dallas airports before purchase) were unrealistic and outside the scope of our program. For that reason, we chose not to move forward with him.

Flashify is a registered Texas LLC and our company records are publicly available.
Our CEO, Jason Becker-Knight, has a verified presence on LinkedIn and is easily searchable.
Our contracts are professionally drafted, specify revenue splits, term lengths, and include protections for both parties. Every client is given full access before committing.
We never “pressure” anyone to sign—our process includes qualification calls to ensure the business is a good fit. If it’s not, like in this case, we simply decline the partnership.
We respect serious entrepreneurs who come prepared with thoughtful questions. However, we will not engage with individuals who are openly hostile, misrepresent facts, or demand guarantees that no legitimate operator can make.
To anyone reading: we encourage you to speak with our actual clients, review our documentation, and verify our registration for yourself. Transparency is central to our business, and we stand by the success of the partners we choose to work with.

Flashify has never ghosted you—or any of our partners. In fact, we have extensive communication records with you, including your dedicated Slack channel, multiple Zoom calls, and ongoing text/email threads. We document every step of our onboarding process for transparency, and we are more than willing to share this evidence with any prospective partner who wishes to see it.
For context, our website, contracts, and sales calls are all very clear: kiosk placement typically takes 30–45 days. You are currently within that window (25 days since your purchase), so the process is still on track and fully aligned with the expectations we set upfront.
We understand waiting can be frustrating, but accusing our company of scamming is both inaccurate and unfair to the dozens of clients who have successfully gone through the same process you are currently in.
To anyone reading this review: we strongly encourage you to reach out directly. We are happy to provide proof of communication, timelines, and examples of kiosks already placed in service. Transparency and professionalism are central to how we operate, and we stand firmly by our track record.
