The application process was easy and the results came back quickly. The problem I have is that they will not work with you. My credit score is 791. I wanted to purchase an older class c RV But didn’t want to pay cash because I didn’t want to lose the tax benefits of financing part of the purchase. Rock Solid wouldn’t give me any type of loan on a 2004 Fleetwood I was paying $25000 for even if I put more down. I could’ve put almost the whole amount down.

An app would be cool rather communicating via email while sitting at the building ready to make the purchase. Or maybe it would be helpful to have access to a human via a phone call. That’s a tall order since customer service is now automated, globally. Otherwise the service and ease of use was great. I’m happy with my purchase. I do wish there were an easy way to make payments as well but this is how they get you on a late payment.

Purchasing a cargo trailer the seller says we can give you a temp plate to make the move. This company tried to force me to register in the state I was moving out of(moving in 5 days) as opposed to the state I was moving to. She then proceeded to lie to me about it and put blame on the seller. Buying from the seller without funding at this point... I would/will never use this company. Entering into a contract with a company that’s willing to straight up lie to you to get your business …..huge NO for me.

As to the reply from Rock Solid…honestly there is NO excuse for a company like to LIE straight to a customer.
