I bought the adjustable feather ring in silver after seeing it several times on Instagram and Facebook. It is so beautiful. My Daddy is my guardian angel and this ring on my finger everyday is going to keep me safe. If you have lost someone you love this is a wonderful ring to wear as a reminder of their ever lasting love.

I have ordered quite a few of the Fayah bracelets and necklaces. The last order, I received a "mermaid" bracelet as a gift and it is beautiful. The ring is stunning with beautiful packaging. Very pleased. However I was unaware that I would have to pay customs a few weeks after the purchase at my post office. I some how missed this detail when purchasing. It was inconvenient to travel to po and it cost me another 16 euro. I live in ireland and assumed that all was included in price as with Amazon .V

Repair Query
I had to contact this company re a repair query on a ring i recently purchased. The quickness of the replies from customer services even at this time of year ( 1 week before christmas) was simply over and above what i expected.
They answered my query efficiently professionally and i can't thank them enough for the outcome. They really have made christmas that little bit more special for us.

Amazing Service…
I cannot praise the customer service for this company high enough. I sent an email on a Sunday evening enquiring if they did repairs. First thing Monday morning I was contacted by email by Emily offering to replace the items, one of the items was no longer in stock and so I was asked to choose a replacement. I advised by email on Monday evening and the items were delivered on the following Wednesday. There was also a white feather thoughtfully popped into the package. I have told everyone I know how amazing the customer service is and I will most certainly head to Fiyah for any jewellery I buy in future. Top class service, communication, thoughfullness and the jewellery is amazing. Thank you Fiyah.
