I have ordered many items from Fiyah in memory of family members. The Silver Plume ring, feather anklet, cross ring and hope ring all lovely.
Fiyah customer services are amazing. When a couple of the above items broke they sent me replacements - thank you because I love them.

Recently I ordered the Silver Crystal Feather ring as I lost my dad in December. It’s a beautiful ring - bit big but I was sent the Rose Plume Ring as it’s slightly smaller - thank you as both look fab.

Today, I received the healing wave ring. I ordered yesterday and received today. Which is beautiful, bit big but that’s ok it’s adjustable.
Arrived at the right time.

I purchased a beautiful 'Capricorn zodiac ring' for my wife's birthday from FIYAH. Unfortunately in a freak accident it became badly bent out of shape, when we reshaped it, we could see a small crack and were doubtful that the ring would keep its strength and fall off. I contacted FIYAH's customer support via email and within minutes they asked for a photo and then have kindly offered a FREE replacement!! I'm still in shock at what exceptional customer service I have received and my wife's smile was a great reaction to FIYAH's 10 out of 10 service. This world needs more companies like FIYAH that care about their customers, as they know and understand a 'happy customer is a returning customer'

Received a gift of the Feather ring at christmas and I love it so much I've ordered one for my friend.I Find the design helps immensely with my anxiety, the way its designed, I can twirl on my finger,I've seen other anxiety rings like this but none as beautiful,so maybe an idea for anyone suffering with anxiety. I know that's not the purpose of the ring but just a suggestion.
I want to commend the Customer Service Team,one of the best I've dealt with. I unexpectedly received a Customs bill (i'm in Ireland) and the Customer Care Team replied to my query almost immediately and processed refund with no problems at all. I want to mentioned Katie and Abbi who were lovely to deal with and very prompt with replies.
I'm eagerly waiting delivery and looking forward to my friends reaction. Wild definitely buy again. Great company and lovely staff to deal with.

I bought my plume ring in memory of my late husband, I wear it everyday, I sent an email to tell them it broke, that was on Sunday, a replacement arrived in the mail this morning (Tuesday) I cannot fault their customer service brilliant. Would certainly recommend Fiyah. Once again thank you Katie.

My rings were for My Grandson,he died at 21. Very hard loss. Abbi was spot on with responses. I never order on line. Good service.

I have ordered 4 of the feather plume rings and a necklace - they are all beautiful and so meaningful! I wear my ring almost everyday and think of my brother and my best friend - lovely. The others have been well received as gifts. Quality products and great service!

Outstanding customer service, quick communication responses… I ordered the ring for my daughter’s birthday, did not arrive as expected so after 10 days I sent email, was told to wait longer, after 21 days sent another email, respond was quick, was told the replacement was shipped, the next day my original order arrived, so sent email to cancel the replacement order… again quick respond - was told to keep the replacement ring as apology for the delay! My daughter loves the ring! Would definitely recommend FIYAH to everyone!

Awful company, poor quality products

Over the last couple of months I bought 3 feather rings one of which had a birthstone. I lost my wonderful son a few months ago and I bought the rings for my daughters and myself. They mean a lot to us and we wear them every day. The feather is a nice touch and they arrive in a beautiful box,sent with love. Thank you so much

I did not receive my order and was asked to wait another week. I emailed then and the response was immediate. Another feather ring was being sent by express post.
I received my delivery in a few days.

It was a gift for my granddaughter. The symbol of the feather 🪶 comes to me from my passed mother. When I opened the package it also had a white feather and it was packed by a lady named Wendy. Which is also my name. So significant.
The quality of the ring was beautiful. My granddaughter loved it. She now has a constant reminder of her great grandmother 💕

I had hoped I might have this in time for Christmas in memory of my mom😔 I placed my order Dec 15th it is now Jan 8th. I am a bit disappointed I still do not have it! 🥲

I ordered a feather ring for my daughter for Christmas..her daddy died 4 years ago and thought the ring would be a wonderful gift..I ordered in November 15 2021 and still have not received it..I was looking forward to this ring..I’m very disappointed

Bought this ring for my daughter in law who had a very rough year after losing her mother COVID and more. Saw this ring read the sentiment and new it was for her. I was concerned it wouldn’t come as advertised but was so pleased when it arrived beautifully packaged and exactly as advertised.

After a turbulent year of losing my father and stepfather I was bought as a gift the hope ring. Two of my dearest friends also lost their fathers so as a gift I got them both the plume ring. The rings are so beautiful and have so much meaning. A very subtle and beautiful ring that looks fab.

Super happy with my beautiful feather ring that I bought for my sister, ordered it to be posted to Australia in preparation to give to my sister for May 2022 , Yes I was very organised LOL due to such slow postage I didn’t want to miss out could not believe how quickly it arrived from time I ordered to arrival was only a few weeks to Australia.
