A great service

I am relatively new to Fittleworth As my operation was last August. The hospital organized my first contact with Fittleworth and delivery was waiting for me when I arrived home. I was a little unsure about ordering online, so after I phoned one of the operative explained to me the process of ordering supplies everything has run smoothly. when speaking to operatives they have always been polite and helpful with deliveries on time. Poor Packaging?

Yes! As usual, excellent service! Only problem with Fittleworth, one writes a review regarding how the Medical products are delivered? In very poor eco box’s. Nine times out of ten our order’s left at doorstep with torn or opened box! With supplies open to the elements? I’ve lost count how many times we’ve complained, and nothing done about the packaging ! This needs to be looked into! Your attention this time would be much appreciated. Carol&Jim Couzins(Mrs&Mr).

GP Prescriptions sent to Fittleworth by post!!!!!

I have problems because in my area the GP Surgery has to send prescriptions by post and as we are all aware, the post is erratic to say the least. However when I ring Fittleworth the staff go out of their way to help and fully understand the anxiety that can be caused when prescriptions are delayed in this way. There is always a suggestion about how the problem can be overcome.

Extremely good over many years!

I have had an Ileostomy for over 40 years and being using Fittleworth for a very long time. I have always found them absolutely excellent. I have always ordered my supplies over the phone and have been so pleased with the service they provide. I have never had any problems or difficulties with ordering (unlike the current ordering situation I have to use which makes things very difficult).

Very friendly staff and great service…

Very friendly staff and great service the only problem I have is because I privately purchase my equipment I have to wait for the private purchase team to ring me back which is fine and they are extremely helpful but it would be great if you could ring them directly. I have never had any problems with our local DPD delivery personnel who are very helpful

I have had no problems with Fittleworth…

I have had no problems with Fittleworth for the supply and delivery of my partner's stoma bag requirements and when we had to urgently increase the number supplied. the company was very quick to react and had increased supply to us within a few days after the prescription had gone through successfully. The re-order process has always been very easy once your email address is logged with them and all that is required is simply ticking a box, subject only to the GP agreeing the prescription and as far as that goes, we are lucky to have a GP Practice that has their own dedicated pharmacist and everything is therefore quick and smooth. That may not be so easy if the GP Practice is slow to react of course. The DPD courier is used to my apartment block and always manages to effect entry if we are not available but I can see that being a problem if the drivers change frequently. I don't know if Fittleworth have considered Royal Mail as an alternative but they have coded access to our building and I have seen them deliver on Sundays and late throughout the day. Otherwise I am perfectly happy with the service of this company for ( in our case ) what is an urgent and personal product.
