Found the hotel we particularly wanted, on the beach & near a town, very easily. The whole website was easy to navigate & the booking was just as easy. The prices were reasonable compared to others.

Absolutely disappointed with the whole journey with First Choice .. booked a holiday for two of us and a child with instalment payments , a few weeks later we decided to add to the booking our daughters friend. Called First Choice and asked to make sure that any additional cost (flight , transfer , additional room etc )is charged to my friend (mum of the girl was going with us ) . Paid through the phone (just for that child added)and suddenly found that over £500 has been added to my outstanding balance, had to ask for a refund .
Called again and made sure this time that it is clear that whole additional balance will be charged to my friend .. same story .. again they added over £500 to my balance . The battle which I went through with them , explaining the situation, phone calls every day … but in exchange I’ve received zero support … and advice to look on the website for cheaper hotel to cover that £500 extra . End it up paying that hidden cost as they wouldn’t even listen and support.
Never again , not worth it .

Glitchy website - didn't book the transfers, realised I booked the wrong date (probably because the website is so user unfriendly) - can't cancel even though only booked a couple of days ago as will lose over £700, can't amend as the holiday cost shoots up. Checked online for the dates I wanted to amend to, holiday cost £2,400 but on the phone, they could only amend at £3,400. Even without the "online discounts" the holiday was a different price. Will never, ever book again and would never ever recommend to anyone. USE JET2 - Update - First Choice, my booking says no transfers added, you are saying I have transfers booked...nothing straight forward with you. I don't want you to amend free of charge, I just don't think it's fair to add over £1k on as an "admin charge" to the online holiday price - £2.4k online, £3.4k on the phone - extortion because you've already got my deposit. Disgusting. Perhaps if your website worked properly I could have booked the dates I actually wanted.
Update - following your response re transfers, I can see in my breakdown I have booked and paid for these - on Manage my Booking, it says I don't have them and need to add them on for £187....so do I or don't I have them? Am I going to land and not have transport there? Your system post booking system is as flawed as your pre booking. Again - book elsewhere so at least you know what you're getting (and the website will probably work).

I liked the choice of Adult Only hotels on Majorca and did manage to book the hotel I wanted. Two things I didn’t like were the appearance of a timer alert telling me I had 3 minutes before my session would time out. The second more important thing was that I had stated that we wanted an 8 night holiday which I knew was possible. It was my wife two days later who noticed we were on a 7 night holiday, I think the rush to finish my booking was a factor in this.
Anyway, looking forward to our holiday even if it’s a day less than we wanted.

Love comparing first choice with other sites, and this is my 2nd time using them and it was so easy and affordable again with fantastic location for family bookings too. Happy holidays

Another complaint about the liars and deceivers of information.
Booked a holiday, only 7 days. Nothing fancy. Got bounced to their partners, Mozio, to organise the transfer from the airport to a bus terminal. What a joke. What then, a taxi from the bus terminal to the hotel?
Anyway, could not for the life of me book a silly transfer from the airport to a bus terminal as it kept rejecting my card. So, I decided to cancel the holiday and to my horror, I got stopped £49.00 out of a deposit of £190.88. The reason? Oh as we use a third party airlline, in this case Sleazy Jet, its their policy to do this. If you don't believe us, read the small print. Lord knows where in the small print it says this. After all the agro and the pain their third rate web site that kept resetting the choices I made including scheduling a flight from Birmingham when I selected London, along with the board preferences I made.
All in all it has been a total waste of time. There is a life lesson here. If you book a holiday via any website and it does not run smoothly, ditch that website and try another companies website. This shower of rank amateurs need to be put out to pasture and that poor excuse of a website shut down.
To close this. If I book a holiday that includes a flight and a hotel, I expect transfers to be included and also, on the FRONT PAGE, a notice informing you that if you cancel the holiday you will forfeit monies to the airline. Why this happens if beyond me. Not as if Easy Jet have started to fuel the jet. :-(
So I cannot reply to First Choices reply to me so I'll do it here.
The issue and fact is, you bury the cancellation fee under a load of T&C's that ordinary folk are expected to read. The mention of ANY cancellation fees should be right there on the front page and not buried in the small section. Also, your second rate partner Mozio for transfers only goes to a coach terminal as it's a coach. Who'd have thought eh. So from the coach terminal, I'd have to get a taxi to the hotel. What kind of flim flam outfit is First Choice? I want a stress free holiday and travelling with First Choice is anything but. Stop dodging the facts and made amends.
