This company does not deliver as advertised. The flowers are cheap plastic and overpriced. Better can be bought at a Dollar Tree. If you want to return, they want you to return to China.at your expense. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!

Just say no to pop up ads. I ordered 9 sets of 7 stems, received one set and was charged around $63. I have had multiple responses to my email inquiries; however as with everyone else, the company indicated my order was fulfilled. When I asked them to explain what "Qty 9" means on my order form, I received no response. I plan to see if PayPal can get me a refund.

BEWARE!!!This site is a scam.
They advertise big full flowers and they are small bundles. When I tried to return them for a full refund they denied it. I just want to warn others out there, so they aren't taken for a ride also.

Their website descriptions are confusing and misleading.
I wanted to return my order, and that was even less helpful.
Once their song and dance started, I knew I was scammed.
Buyer beware.
These flowers are not worth the price I stupidly paid. I learned my lesson!

Do NOT, I repeat Do NOT place an order with this company. I ordered 3 packs of 7 bundles of artificial flowers. It should have been 63 flowers. I received three sticks which equals about 21 flowers. When I emailed them asking where my flowers were, the response was we fulfilled your order! I literally responded to that email advising they were full of 💩. Save yourself the headache. There are other merchants who deliver. I wished I had done a little more research on to find the first merchant I ordered flowers from that delivered before I placed this order.

Buyer beware! An absolute scam. Ordered 6 bundles of flowers, received 1 bundle that was a stem short so 6 instead of 7. Ordered multicolored and got purple. When I complained was told "so sorry, you got what you ordered" and when I said no I didn't I stopped hearing from them. What a scam!!

The advertisement makes it look like you get a plush floral arrangement, but in reality you get a very slim stem with a few flowers. It took one of each color to baldly fill a very small hanging basket. What they picture in the advertisement would probably cost several $100 But they claim it was one. That's kind of

Products are cheap quality that I could've bought from the dollar store and got better items cheaper! No communication whatsoever and their "contact us" option is just an email address with no return response! Take a fools advice and DO NOT order anything from them!

Oh how I wished I had done my research! Worst purchase ever! Don't believe the pictures in their ads. The flowers you receive will be so small they fit inside a large envelope! Not worth the money AT ALL!!!

They are a scam.
In June, I ordered almost $60 worth of flowers and received five stems in an envelope a month and a half later.

The product looks like NOTHING pictured in the ad. The order took weeks to arrive from China. $80.00 worth of flowers on a stick were delivered it small mail pouch which was the size of a wine bottle. Nothing else inside the pouch. Ultra cheap looking unless you are 10+ feet away. Total ripoff.

I ordered these flowers on June 14 926 and never recieved them until Jult 17, 2026. They looked so plush in the ad, but they're just a plastic stick with 7 small stems of cheap bad quality flowers. Don't waste your time or money on anything from FERNVALEE!!!!

I just want to warn other consumers to be ware when ordering off this website. The website is very misleading, while it is partly my fault for not reading more carefully, when it says 1 package is 7 bundles i did not expect a tiny stem of flowers.The customer service is terrible! When I contacted them to tell them I was unhappy with my purchase, they were unwilling to do anything about it because the package had been opened. NEVER AGAIN!
