I bought a dress that looked beautiful and elegant and lacy on the computer picture, the dress I received was faded and there was nothing elegant or lacey about it. It looked like a worn and faded house dress. When I asked to return it they offered me a 50% refund and I could keep the dress. I'm never going to wear it, It's horrible. Their return policy is a scam. They ship to the USA from China and a US shipping place ships to the customer, but to return it they want me to ship it to China???? Right, who's going to do that? Then they offer you half back and keep 50% profit. What a scam.

I bought my wife a very pretty blouse and summer dress. She appreciated the style and print as shown on the website. What received did not fit. My wife wears a medium, and that is what we bought. The blouse was tight in the shoulders and arms and the dress was loose in the shoulders and arms while tight at the waist. I understand that not every medium fits every medium body and because of that expect that web based companies make allowances for this by offering customer friendly return and refund policies. This company does not. They ask the customer to jump through all sorts of hoops to return a product and then expect them to pay for the return shipping. Being very aware before buying from this company.

I want to return it, so I contacted customer service customer service team was extremely helpful and resolved my refund issue after I raised some concerns as to a missing returned parcel.

The clothes looked so beautiful that I couldn’t help myself and ordered several tops, 3 pair of pants and 2 pair of shoes. Only 2 tops fit. So I’m preparing to send my rejects back so now I’m reading the reviews. Totally backwards. I have learned a lot and decided to donate everything to a resale shop that supports people who are going through financial hardships. I will save myself the agony of dealing with a company without scruples and chalk up the cost of my refund to lessons learned. I can verify that the products are poorly made and the fabrics are nothing I would put on my body. They say they have a customer service department but that is a lie. The customer will always come in last.

Poor quality clothing. Seams are not well done. I did get some money back and kept the clothes and they were helpful but I will not be ordering again.

This company is a ripe off!! Ordered dress I thought would be great for wedding and it doesn't look anything like picture. It is so ugly I wouldn't wear It to a dog fight let alone a wedding. Return is impossible, was offered return of only 30% of purchase price or gift card for purchase price which I have not received. Another scammer operating in USA and nothing we can do about it but stop ordering anything from companies advertising on internet!

This company is the worst. I ordered an item 3 weeks later they said it was out of stock and it would be back in three weeks three weeks later I sent an email and they said it still is not yet in. I am still waiting for my refund and it’s been since May 9 over two months and I don’t have the item and I don’t have the money

The photos show linen, cotton, seersucker type materials, but when the items arrive they are made from cheap, thin polyester fabrics. Really rotten quality. Save your money and order from reputable online stores. These clothes come from China and you cannot get your money back!!!!

Unable to return an item that is the wrong size. They will not send me the information on where to return the item.

Beware of their return policy. Items are cheaply made and do not fit me. Trying to return I was told I have to pay shipping costs to China. Who knows if I’ll ever get my money back?

I ordered two blouses, one in blue and the other in gray. Both in size Large. I received two Purple blouses in size Small. No matter how many times I emailed them, they never sent any method to return the items or refund my money. The quality of the product was Terrible. Worse than a flea market!!!!! Trust me, DON'T order from this company.

Beware of their sizing. I generally wear a 3X. I ordered a size 5X and it came nowhere close to fitting ( way too small). Plus, the product you receive is not like the one pictured.

How does a company with only one review of one star have a rating of 3.2?? This is another scam Chinese company

I ordered two dresses one June 4 2026 and I decided to cancel the order about 1 hour later. I communicated via online and email.. About 8 hours later I got a response that they would try to intercept the order. After 5 days I have received no cancellation and no "shipped" email. I have sent another email. In reading reviews this company appears to basically be a rip-off scam. If you do a physical return you agree to send it wherever they tell you at your cost. BEWARE.
