A software engineer couldn't get it to work. I spent 45 minutes just trying to connect to a set of lightbulbs, following their steps, then community tips when that didn't work, then couldn't control them via the app once they were connected. I bought a different brand of smart lightbulbs and got them set up exactly the way I wanted, timers and everything, in 7 minutes. Don't buy anything from Feit.

I spent approx. $100.00 at Walmart on fitting out my home with feit smart bulbs.
These things are total junk! They don't hold memory well at all so when you tell Alexa to permanently change it to a certain color that might only work for 1 day or 111 days there's no reasoning to it. Then you'll turn on a light and it will just start going disco on you for no reason.
Then about 75% of the time alexa tells us she can't make the light work or says it has been changed either color or off/on but it never actually changed.
These lights are literally 1 issue after the next after the next after the next!
Btw we have amazingly fast stable internet with whole compound backup power. This is NOT an internet connectivity issue.

I have four camera / spot lights around our property. I get constant notifications for a bunny or squirrel running across my yard. Or a branch swaying in the wind. BUT no notification when someone comes on to my property to steal a decoration from my yard in plain view of one of the cameras! Between 10:50 pm last night and 7:15 this morning someone came onto my property and took a decoration and no notification and no playback to show me what happened and when it happened. Why even have cameras if they don’t capture everything?

Never buying another Feit product. CFL and LED light bulbs don't last, Dimmer switches break after a year

BOUGHT A FEW BOXES OF MOTION SENSOR WORK SHOP LIGHTS FROM COSTCO. ONE OF THE LIGHTS OUT OF A BOX OF 2 ISN'T WORKING PROPERLY. CONTACTED CUSTOMER SERVICE VIA EMAIL WITH NO RESPONCE.

This is a terrible product. They disconnect from the network and are nearly impossible to reconnect. Do not buy these. They are terrible.

I purchased two Feit Electric smart cameras, about two years ago. They started out fine. I had my license electrician install them. After two years! I started having connectivity problems. The cameras disconnect and finally make it impossible to reconnect upon following the instructions and customer service support. Then Feit Electric customer support was not helpful. They asked me to send a copy of the receipt and the Model number. I went to Amazon and retrieved the receipt. Send the receipt and model number to the email address provided by representative Ian. It’s been a month since the email was sent. I even recommended Feit Electric to my sister in-law. Who purchased two smart cameras. She immediately started having connectivity problems. Never was able to resolve the issue. So, moving forward. I WOULD NEVER PURCHASE OR RECOMMEND FEIT Electric to anyone. Unless you wanted to throw your money away. Complete trash in every way possible.

I have defective bulbs and they wont respond to emails. Choose a different company 0 star rating given

complete garbage. If you buy a three pack, one will be sure to burn out within a week. Then the others will last a month or so. Do yourself a favor and avoid FEIT!

Won't connect to high end wifi system. If it does connect it will be brief followed by errors with no more connection or use. I've tried the app and everything. Even tried them (6) at 2 different houses.

More than half the time it's says that these bulbs are not connected to Wi-Fi when they indeed are. Would not recommend if you want full control of your homes lighting system

I purchased a $4000 cabinet which had “Feit Electric light strip and remote. I have to unplug the cabinet because the light will not stay off. The cabinet retailer has asked if he can replace the lighting. Feit shouldn't be allowed to sell crap... in researching seems I'm not the only customer having this issue. This product is unsafe.

Bought the doorbell. A couple of issues. First, the customer service is a joke at best. i needed a replacment screw because I dropped one in the snow and couldn't find it. Contacted CS and asked for the screw size. Waited a couple of weeks for a reponse. They finally asked for the model number. Gave them the model and item number (they only make one doorbell so I couldn't understand why they needed that). Sent them that info. Waited another two weeks. Then they responded and said they needed a picture. I told them they should easily look up the info on their end. Then they asked for my full name and address. I told them they didn;t need that. They only needed to send me the size of the screw. They didn;t respond. I finally called the customer support phone numer. They didn''t know the answer. Said they would have to contact their engineering dept (all I wanted was the screw size which they did not include in the bill of material). They said engineering didn't know either but would send me a replacement. Still haven't received it. You are absolutely out of your mind if you trust this company. They gaslight you with constant requests (remember I only wanted the size of the screw so I could to buy it myself) .
On top of that I also have issues with the wifi not working. It is a very frustating product to work with and Customer Service (and I use that term lightly) is not worth the hassle. I am throwing this unit away. My blood pressure can't handle this company.

When they actually work? Not that bad. But definitely plan on resetting them at least once a month, sometimes more. I always give everything a solid chance. But I will never recommend this product to anyone. Unless you want am okay lightbulb for a month at best. This gives you that for an absurd amount of money. Trust pilot only let's you to rate within the last 12 months. I've absolutely been dealing with this problem for over 2 years. Buy literally anywhere else. The new ones are the same.
HARD NO

I got Feit Flashlight 1000 Lumens a couple of years ago, and one failed shortly after infrequent use, and the new one other never worked at all.
I contacted them - no response, so I filed a BBB complaint, and they finally replied and sent me 2 new 1700 Lumens flashlights, but one of them never worked either.
I contacted them - no response; I filed a complaint - they replied that someone would reach out to me shortly, but 2 months later nobody still got back to me.
Their Warranty web page requests a date code "located somewhere on the body", but neither 1000 nor 1700 Lumens pieces had any date code, which means that everything is made in China, and their nonexistent so-called "Support" don't even know that and don't bother to remove this date code info/instruction.
Worthless product and worthless nonexistent "Support"!

A19 lightbulb just fails.

Furthermore everything is cloud based, not local. Know before you buy.

Trying to get refund under valid warranty keep getting same answer has been escalating senior tech been over 2 and a half months keep getting same answer that I will hear back within 2 days. Getting nowhere won’t allow me to speak to supervisor whom they say is the senior tech. Also sent numerous emails without response over 12. And each time called too 12 times with no resolution

Should have zero stars. Product failed, contacted FEIT took them over a month to respond. Finally decided they would replace but it’s out of stock. Offered a replacement which as of 1 month later has not been received and FEIT hasn’t bothered to respond to any avenue of contact.

We purchased 3 sets of the 20 foot 10 socket string lights and found them to be.....just ok. The quality of the lighting was ok, but the bulbs were beyond fragile. Immediately, two bulbs shattered while just trying to hang them. We don't recommend them because the bulbs were not shatterproof.

Purchased the flush LEDR6XT_RGBW_CA_AG from Menards. Wireless sucks!!! If I could give a 0 I would. Messing with these for months and now I can't return. 16 feet from router and keeps loosing connection. Total crap
