Absolutely awful ! Please if you have ordered from divan bed warehouse cancel and get your money back! I’ve waited two weeks for the bed to come after they gave me a date and have been sleeping on the sofa as thought the bed would turn up. The first day they turnt up with just the mattress! The delivery company said it would come the next day and wasn’t loaded into the van! Then they gave us a date 4 days ago cancelled work to stay in again never turnt up. Today gave us a time of 12-3 but then turnt up at 5:35 tried to say the footboard was the headboard! And tried leaving. It wasn’t until I told them multiple times they searched for it in the van. They then said ‘sorry we can’t take it upstairs’ as I live in a flat and said ‘we have so many deliveries to do’ refused to bring it up and put it together like I paid for! £600 down the drain, as I’ve put the bed up there are marks all over the headboard and footboard and the fabric has been stapled! You’d think for paying so much for the quality to be decent! I will be seeking legal advice and getting my money back but I urge everyone that has ordered from divan bed warehouse to cancel their order and get their money back! And to mention there is no way to get a hold of the companies! You sit on hold with music for 5 minutes and it cuts off. Never had an experience like this.

Really upset with my experience with these so far. I only ordered a Bed with divan bed warehouse who works with falcon 2 man.
Or only ordered with these as the delivery time was quick quicker than a different company.
So I paid for the bed and also an assembly service.
They initially gave me a date which was fine, but then the date got changed to the following day. Even though we had to change our plans again, we agreed with the Saturday.
On the delivery day, I was trying to chase when the delivery was going to come because it was late but I managed to get through to somebody in the end after hours of trying and they said the delivery will be with me that day.
But they never once told me that pieces of the order was missing so it came and the delivery company wouldn’t take the items up the stairs for assembly because parts were missing and my daughter has now had to sleep with her mattress just on the floor. The pieces that was delivered were left in my hallway and because I don’t have the manpower, it’s causing a bit of restriction for space as it’s just been left there.
I’ve been trying to chase for the last few days what is happening with the pieces missing but you can’t get through to anybody from the delivery company and the bed warehouse it takes nearly an hour for someone to answer the call. When they answer the call, they can’t give me any information and it just all seems very unprofessional and poorly run.
I have been told I will get a call tomorrow which that was sent to me the last couple of days and it never happened but hopefully it will be positive news but at this moment in time my experience with these is very poor and if you don’t pay with a credit card you are not really covered to get money back so I would recommend paying for any item with a credit card for security.

I was due a bed delivery today from Falcon2Man (ordered via Divanbedwarehouse). My delivery window was 10:00–13:00. I stayed in, rearranged my work for the afternoon, and the bed simply never arrived.
At 12:25 I called their customer care line and sat on hold listening to the same loop of music for 25 minutes with no answer at all. No text, no email, no call to say there would be a delay, nothing.
What makes this even more frustrating is that the on hold music and phone experience are identical to Divanbedwarehouse, so it really feels like they are effectively the same company hiding behind two different names. Yet neither side seems willing or able to actually pick up the phone and help.
I am now left with no bed in the house and a wasted day waiting in. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend avoiding Falcon2Man (and Divanbedwarehouse) until they sort out their customer service and communication.
1 star I suppose, at least it eventually arrived
One of the most unprofessional companies it has ever been my mispleasure to deal with. No communication at all, driver was eventually 5 hours late. He still had a full van and couldn't collect my old bed, even though I'd paid extra for the service, and as of yet it still hasn't been collected. My bed did eventually arrive I suppose, but the whole experience was terrible.

Appalling experience! Do not buy from Divan Warehouse as they use this courier company.
Delivery was meant to be within 3-10 days, that turned into two weeks, delivery was confirmed between 10-1 yesterday. I called at 12 as the tracking details did not work. The bed hadn’t left the warehouse. I then called multiple times throughout the day and was assured it would be here by 6pm and it still hasn’t shown up.
Communication and ability to contact someone is horrific. No contact from the couriers and unable to make any contact with them

Avoid at all cost
Avoid at all cost, fraudulent company working with divan bed warehouse. Take your money and don't deliver when promise or at all, Service is shocking and they lie on the phone and in writing. Do not trust them you cannot get hold of them. They said I rejected the order which is utter lies, I have the lies in writing and will be taking this further and have also contacted the fraud team at my bank.

Gave me a time slot of 27/11/25 between 11:00 - 14:00. At 14:52 I’m still waiting for a call or text to understand the delay but nothing. I eventually call the company of my order and they proceed to tell me the driver is 4 hours behind schedule and that they have 8 orders ahead of me which is absolutely ridiculous. They also tell me it will arrive by 19:00….. I’m still waiting a day later. They have made no attempt to contact me to let me know anything and I still don’t know where my order is. If you ever hear Falcon2man are delivering to you I suggest you pray real hard because only divine intervention can help you with this company. Absolutely awful Run Run Run.

No delivery updates and were 3 hours past time slot. Impossible to contact and although they were polite they didn’t handle my items very well. Good customer service would be a basic “sorry we’re late” but nothing at all. Tried to get me to sign for the delivery without all of the items which I refused to do.

Biggest pile of crap of a company!!! Emailed company to let them know dates to avoid as out of the country and completely ignored!! Delivery cancelled twice without letting us know and trying to call them is an absolute joke!!!! Cut off every time after 5 minutes!!!! Why companies use this firm is beyond me as they are just the worst!!!!!!

I had a text message on the 14th November confirming delivery on FRI 21/11/2025 between 13:00-16:00. Tracking gave me an ETA of 14:16pm. It is now 18:57pm and still no delivery.
You can’t contact anyone as the number rings for about 15 minutes and then cuts off so no idea of my bed will arrive😂😂

I want to give this company a zero star. I am annoyed that I should have to award one star to probably the worst most incompetent company in the U.K. They have cancelled my bed delivery three times after promising that it would be delivered. I have had to take time off work as has my wife.

Would give 0 stars. Ordered bed on 27/10. Original delivery date was set for 09/11 which was a long wait but went with it. Didn’t arrive. Finally after calling Divan Bed Warehouse for days another deliver date was set for 19/11. Again, never arrived. Cancelled order now as it’s gotten ridiculous now. I have never been able to get through to anyone at the falcon office. The WORST delivery experience ever. And apparently it’s going to take 30 days to get my money back from DBW which I’ve never heard of it taking that long. Honestly I’m worried I won’t get my money back at this point

Absolutely shocking, customer service there is none. Don't answer the phone, don't reply back to emails. Delivered my order with items missing to be told they would deliver it the following day ....9 days later still nothing. Recieved a re delivery slot, then the day before had an email sent from them at 6pm saying that they will have to reschedule the delivery. They don't care that when I've tried to explain I can't put the bed up due to the missing part they just say we will try to get it sorted. It's disgusting how they are treating their customers. Highly recommend do not use this company.

Awful company- word of warning if you have ordered something from another company check that this company isn’t hired by them to be their delivery. The probably provide them cheap service because they are so bad. They are truly awful. First scheduled a day ( we stayed in 4 hours after their supposed arrival time) we had cleared our room thrown away our old bed- only to find they had only loaded half the bed so a whole piece was missing so we had to reject delivery. The next possible date was nearly a whole 1.5weeks later- it is now 8.30pm on another day they communicated once will be late from their initial 8am-11am time to 1pm- since then no communication and they haven’t arrived and I doubt they will. We have been in all day we cancelled all plans to be in like gym and running errands
There is no way to contact them they hang up the phone don’t answer don’t reply to emails and their tracking system has never worked. I truly regret the bed we bought from a company that use them. We’d rather have paid 100-200 more with paid delivery to keep us from the level of stress and inconvenience they have caused. I can’t believe they are still operating after the level of negative reviews they have received with everyone having the same story.
Currently in the process of understanding whether we should jus cancel this delivery altogether and ask for a refund but again that’s inconvenience for us is we wait for the money to be returned to buy another bed all the while sleeping on the floor because we trusted they would deliver and cleared the room as they ask. Honestly if I could do something to have them pay for this like report them I would. I hope they go out of business soon and stop this level of inconvenience to customer sin this day and age. We should have better options that aren’t this bad.
Says a lot about Divan Bed warehouse for continuing to use them despite so many reviews- we thought we were the only ones so we’re so accepting that “this happens” ridiculous!
